Just needs a big makeover
O lugar é ótimo e a vista é muito bonita. Adorei o quarto.
O elevador é pequeno. Mas não foi algo que atrapalhou a experiência.
Very close to the railway station Interlaken West.
Rooms are on the smaller side but dont feel cramped.
Breakfast is basic but acceptable for a few days. Best thing about the hotel was the staff, always smiling, open and willing to chat if you are for it.
I would stay here again.
Perhaps a more firm pillow would be nice.
Eu gostei do atendimento, da presteza, da educação e da gentileza dos funcionários. Precisei fazer o checkout muito cedo e ainda não tinha café e os funcionários separaram, de antemão, uma sacola com sanduíches, caixinha de sucos, chocolates. Sensacional esse atendimento. Estão todos de parabéns. Melhor hotel que eu já fiquei na vida.

各方面都很不错，离火车站也很近，整体是一栋大别墅。房间的窗户看出去太漂亮了。大厅里面也都是很漂亮的装饰。外面的吸烟区是我最喜欢的，风景实在太好了！电梯虽然有点小，但是很可爱

room is neat and clean and the staff are really friendly
L’accueil très agréable et souriant, la chambre, les lits, le quartier calme… la possibilité d’utiliser les tables dehors à l’ombre.
Salle de bain un peu petite mais ce n’est vraiment pas un problème.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Interlaken West railway station. There are many shops around to grab some food. It's a nice residential area which is quiet and peaceful. Hotel staff were well-mannered and helpful. The bathroom is a bit smaller than usual, but it is fine. The breakfast spread is really nice, you can have wholesome breakfast with a nice view.
Overall, I would like to book the same place if I were to return to Interlaken at some point.
Hotel price is a bit on the higher side, but I think it can't be helped as it is in Swiss :)
