Cambio al hotel Porta cervino!!espectacular!!!
Pros:

Nos cambiaron el alojamiento a su hotel asociado hotel Porta Cervino y fue una gran sorpresa, el hotel nuevo, habitación súper grande (tenia hasta cocina )y con vistas a la montaña desde l terraza, el baño muy grande y con amenities (aunque el del gorro de ducha venía el cartón vacío!jajaj) , la mujer de recepción q nos atendió en el check in muy amable(no así el que nos recibió por la mañana que fue un “poco seco”), te dan una invitación para un consumición en su restaurante o en el del Matterhorn inn (donde cenamos una gran burguer y costillas!).
El desayuno muy completo, lo único que a la hora de empezar el desayuno cuando fuimos nosotros , ya no quedaban huevos cocidos y fruta tuve que pedírsela porque tampoco quedaba (al igual que los dulces, nada)
Sin duda alguna de los mejores hoteles en los q nos hemos alojado a lo largo de nuestros viajes.

Cons:

Las almohadas, eran muy finas pero como en todos los hoteles de suiza por lo que hemos podido comprobar

Bien placé pour aller à zermatt
Pros:

Le restaurant sur place ( du choux dans le menu , très bon et personnel très agréable)est un plus de même que la proximité de la gare . Le parking a 10FCH, par 24h est très correct.

Cons:

Le chek in et chek out sur écran . Puis infos de l’hôtel sur l’écran de la tv . Donc peu de contact humain. A l’arrivée dans un nouveau lieu j’aime échanger pour les informations avec du personnel

Upgrade was great. Lovely quiet hotel.
Pros:

We were upgraded to their other hotel a few doors down - Porta Cervino and it was fabulous. Clean and spacious. Lovely lady Karin helped us with check in.

Really enjoyed the stay and staff were brilliant
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and friendly and that made a massive impact to our stay.

Cons:

On the road central to Täsch so potentially a bit noisy but we shut the window and had a fan. Actually quite enjoyed people watching from the balcony

Pros:

Posizione ottimale, davanti alla stazione dei treni. Staff molto disponibile la mattina, sono stato aiutato poichè ho avuto un problema con il parcheggio e il problema è stato risolto immediatamente.

Cons:

Il ragazzo all'accoglienza dovrebbe sorridere un po di piu. Il fatto che il check-in sia indicato con un tabellone mi aspetto che duri piu di 4 secondi. Ho scelto il check-in in hotel poichè volevo avere delle informazioni.
