Excellent Location and Great Value for a Swiss Alps Getaway
Pros:

I had a great stay at Hotel Matterhorn Inn. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located right next to the Täsch train station, making it very convenient for visiting Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The rooms are well maintained, with beautiful mountain views. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is a perfect base for discovering the Swiss Alps.

Pros:

The location is fantastic for travellers. Walking to Täsch station about a minute. Coop supermarket is right next to it.

Cons:

The hotel staff run check-in/check out and restaurant at the same time. Therefore, the procedure of check-in was not smooth.

Muy agradable estadia
Pros:

El día que llegábamos nos avisaron de un cambio de hotel pero para nosotros que estamos de vacaciones eso no cambia nada. Nos enviaron al hotel Porta Cervino muy moderno y lindo el lugar a 100 metros de la estación de tren. El personal muy atento y siempre predispuestos, el desayuno muy rico y variado.

Cons:

El detalle que te cobren el parking, creo que eso debería ser una gentileza. Pero entendemos que en Europa es así.

Ich komme gerne wieder einmal. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend :)

Wunderbares Zimmer, Frühstück war sehr gut, Lage ist zweckmässig gleich beim Bahnhof

Incredible stay - attention to detail is immaculate
Pros:

Beds were comfy, view was amazing, lovely modern bathroom, loved the coffee machine. Breakfast was incredible, everything has been thought off. The free access to spa and gym was a lovely extra especially as celebrating a birthday

Pros:

Super convenient location for travelling into Zermatt. Right across from the train station. Grocery stores and some restaurants in the area as well

Cons:

Aside from the grocery stores and a couple restaurants, there wasn’t much open but we stayed in between peak times so it was understandable

Чисто, все новое, большой номер, хороший балкон, вид на горы, кофе машина в номере. Хорошо пахнут шампунь и мыло, есть ванна. Белоснежные полотенца. Если ужинаете в отеле, то дают приветственный напиток на выбор ( вино, пиво, вода…) есть задний двор с парковкой 10 франков. В ресторане вкусно готовят. Напротив отеля ж/д станция. Рядом два магазина. На первом этаже бесплатно спа, но мы не успели воспользоваться. Плотные шторы.

Cons:

Батареи в мае были все время холодные, а мы с маленьким ребенком.
Дверь в туалет раздвижная. Запахи и шум идут в номер.
Очень слышно соседей сверху, двигали стулья на балконе.
Онлайн регистрация, хотя официантки помогают.

Pros:

Wir wurden in das Hotel Porta Cervino umgebucht und waren dort äußerst zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Service.

Cons:

Schade war nur, dass sich die Sauna im Partnerhotel Matterhorn Inn einige Gehminuten entfernt befand. Wir haben sie deshalb leider nicht genutzt.
