A par la situation, l'hôtel est mal entretenu et propose de la mauvaise prestation

Cons:

Chambre non préparée a notre arrivée. Poubelle non vidée, draps douteux, tubes de savon a main a Moitié vides.
Produits du petit déjeuner de qualité très basiques.

Zentral gelegen, netter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns für den Umstand, dass unser Zimmer auf der Baustelle lag, kostenlose Drinks angeboten hat
Das Frühstück besser als erwartet, es war zwar nur ein kleines Buffet, aber die freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat ständig aufgefüllt und die wenigen Tische wieder für neue Gäste vorbereitet
Parkhaus direkt nebenan, 24 Std. Kosten über das Hotel 15 Euro (an der Rezeption zu bezahlen)

Cons:

Die bereits erwähnte Baustelle, die erste Etage war noch im Umbau, unser Zimmer dafür neu renoviert, wenn man also die Tür geschlossen hat, war es ok. Die Arbeiten waren um 19 Uhr beendet

Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Wenn man aus der Dusche kam stand man bald in der Toilette. Alles alt. Die Klima machte die ganze Zeit Geräusche. Wir sind nach 1 Nacht wieder aus diesem Grund gefahren. Leider hat man uns das nicht in Anspruch genommen Frühstück ersetzt. Die Bewertung ist aber nicht aus diesem Grund so schlecht. Es war das schlechteste Hotel was wir je bei booking.com gebucht haben. Nie wieder dahin.

idéalement situé en plein centre de Reims. Confort minimal. Les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation. Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude pour la douche, quand je l'ai signalé à mon départ, on n'a pas donnée suite à ma remarque car le responsable n'était pas là.
Le rapport qualité/prix est un peu cher et les photos ne correspondent pas exactement.

Il m’a été offert une offre promotionnelle de par mon statut Genius de Booking, les photos montré une chambre très jolie avec de l’espace à la hauteur du prix de 180€ hors promotion et lorsque je suis arrivée, parce que j’étais seule, on m’a mise dans une chambre minuscule où je suis littéralement tombée dans le lit dès que j’ai ouvert la porte, la chambre étant minuscule. De plus sur l’étage, de nombreux énormes caddies à linge etaient disposés devant les chambres ce que l’on n’attend pas d’un hôtel qui se dit de qualité trois-étoiles
