According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pense em um lugar harmonioso em que você se sente muito bem! A estadia foi deliciosa, o hotel é lindo, tudo caprichadíssimo, um jardim lindamente cuidado, instalações limpas e agradáveis, o quarto espaçoso e muito arrumado! O café da manhã é ótimo, com opções da culinária regional que deixam saudade! A piscina é um recanto muito agradável, tem um barzinho com ótimas opções, e a localização é muito boa, as atrações locais (Projeto Tamar, Feira do Turista, restaurantes da orla ) estão todas ali, pertinho!

A localização é boa!
As instalações do quarto não estão conservadas. Móveis em estado ruim de conservação. Piso bem encardido, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho velhos e amarelos, o colchão além de ser velho e não confortável, não tinha capa, o lençol não tinha elástico e era curto, não parava na cama.

Localização excelente, reservei o hotel para ir ao Arraiá do Povo e fui caminhando tranquilamente.
A cama, achei o colchão muito desconfortável, colchão velho. Além do lençol que não era de elástico e toda hora soltava do colchão

Eu amei a recepção e a limpeza. Toda a estrutura e o café excelente, que teve comidas temáticas de são João.
Queria parabenizar a hospedagem também pelo cuidado ambiental e por terem resgatado e estarem cuidando de uma gatinha tão incrível como a Anitta.

Os funcionários são bem receptivos. As instalações são perfeitas e bem arejadas. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade de comidas. Diversificando todos os dias as mesmas. O espaço para o café também é bem top, todo fechado e com ar condicionado. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, e a camareira é bem simpática. Fora a localização, você pode deixar o carro no hotel, e ir caminhando pela orla a qualquer hora do dia.
O único problema que notei, foi que o chuveiro como é a gás. Durante a noite, principalmente a partir das 22h, a água não aquece da mesma forma que aquece durante o dia. Ela fica em temperatura de torneira mesmo. Então se você chega da rua, vem tarde e espera tomar um banho bem quente, não o terá. Não sei se isso acontece em todos os quartos, mas no que eu fiquei aconteceu durante a minha estadia.
