The room was adequate
The premises/grounds were nice.
Room a bit dirty. It did not appear to be cleaned from the night before as residual food remained in the room as well as dirty coffee cups.
The heating system was in the room and upper floor resulting in neglected dying plants in upper hallway. The room was boiling because the radiators were all on and we couldn’t turn them off.
We had the air conditioner on also because the the weather was warm.
Postcards but no pen in room.
The restaurant had run out of avocados when we ordered them for breakfast.
We then requested 2 vegetarian breakfasts and they served us one veg and one non veg so had to send one back. By the time they brought the second veg breakfast one of us had already finished eating. Poorly staffed. Reception desk located in pub/restaurant area so the reception staff had to double up as the person at the bar behind the counter…. Resulting in poor and slow service.
I was only there for two nights and would not stay there again
Disappointed in the restaurant. Food was late and over cooked.
Schönes Pub Hotel mit wirklich schönem Ambiente, super Aussenbereich, nettem Personal und einem Super Teich! Es sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern!
Das Zimmer lies sich nicht wirklich abdunkeln, deshalb waren wir mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen wach. Aber der Rest war top!

Pet friendly, patio rooms made it so easy with dogs and elderly mum. When she wandered the staff were amazing, thank you all. Sadly realise hotels will not be suitable for her going forward bar family rooms perhaps.

Beautiful property and lovely garden, perfect to relax with family and friends. Food was excellent and the staff where friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
I gave this a five star rating for the simple fact that my room was well appointed, beautifully decorated, excellent value for money and perfectly sized for someone travelling solo. It had lovely complimentary tea and coffee with fresh milk in the mini bar fridge (always a winner) and an honesty bar should you fancy a snack or glass of wine in your room. I needed somewhere to stay on the way to a work function after a day at Ascot, so wasn’t there for long (can’t comment on dinner or breakfast), but it had a lovely view over a fantastic looking beer garden and river with mature trees in the distance - I bet this is a great atmosphere on a summer’s day. Brekky was set out and did look good as I was checking out, so was sorry to miss it. Hope to return one day.
Kate works her arse off the girl deserves a raise she is very polite and friendly and the rest of the staff ignored us and are very rude and made us feel like a inconvenience

We had our wedding at Worplesdon Place on the 9th May this year and it was absolutely spectacular. The venue room (we had the Garden room) was gorgeous, the food was incredible, and the vibe Imogen and Team helped to create for the day was just unmatched. From the get go of planning, Imogen was easy to contact and always got back to us quickly as well as being very kind, patient and creative. Any questions we had were answered clearly, no matter how many we had! I left the table decorations completely to Imogen on a very fast paced, stressful morning, and she knocked it out of the park. All of the staff were so excited for us on the morning which made the biggest impact.
My bridesmaids and I stayed the night before and the rooms, specifically the feature room and boutique room, were amazing. Considering it was the night before my wedding, I had the best night sleep and so did the girls!
Since the wedding, we have been there for dinner and as always the food is just amazing and so is the service by all the lovely staff. We would recommend coming to Worplesdon Place whether it's for lunch, dinner, or a wedding!!

had to change room as ants were coming in room change was a lot of noise from fans outside bedroom window all night had no sleep
Stayed here recently when attending meeting nearby for work, easy check in and good meal on the evening. Would recommend if in the area.
