Alway from the crowded city with comfortable room and great view of the Macau Tower
Limited choices of the TV channels and shuttle services
We had a very comfortable stay in a welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was very kind and easy to communicate with in English. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient for exploring Macau’s World Heritage sites.
The highlight was the beautiful view of Macau Tower from our Classic Room, especially in the evening. The room also had universal power outlets, which was very convenient for international travelers.
The hotel is located at the top of a hill. We walked from Barra Station with our luggage, which took around 30 minutes and was quite tiring, especially in the hot and humid weather. We recommend taking an Uber or taxi directly to the hotel if you have luggage.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Macau.
Staff is kind, the location is far from the main hotels and masses. Is close by a bus stop and has a great view
Is supposed to be 5 stars but is not. There is no bar, no pool( they say they are fixing it) but we never even knew where it was. The rooms look a bit run down and there are notifications in plastic everywhere. The breakfast has very little options.

- the room deposit reservation was not lifted after we left everything in good order; our bank said only the hotel could lift it, but the hotel said only the bank can do this. This is just ridiculous, something is really wrong here.
- linnen and towels were changed each day, inspite of the environment preservations announcements ... (it is great service, bit it was not needed for us and against their own guidelines)
- the hotel is a bit islolated (there is a bus stop nearby though)
