I had an amazing experience
Pros:

Bu otelde çok güzel 10 gün geçirdim. Ameliyat sonrası burada kaldım ve personel gerçekten çok ilgili, anlayışlı ve her zaman yardıma hazırdı. Birkaç gün odamda dinlenmem gerekti ama hiçbir eksiğim olmadı.

Ayrıca 5. kattaki temizlik görevlisine de çok teşekkür ederim, odam her zaman tertemizdi.

İstanbul’a bir dahaki gelişimde bu otelde tekrar kalırım. Tüm ekibe tekrar teşekkür ederim.

Otel temiz guzel konum super.
Pros:

Çalışanlar hepsi misafirperver ve yardimsever.

Cons:

Rahatsiz etme düymesine basmama ragmen temizlikci kadinin kapiyi calmasi ve her sabah bizi uyandirmasi.Havlular bazen kirliydi ruj ve diger lekeler vardi.

Un hôtel idéal pour un séjour idéal
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Un gâteau en forme de cœur au chocolat nous attendait à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons été très touchés.
L’emplacement est idéal ! Taksim a 20 min de marche, des boutiques et restaurants tout autour de l’hôtel. Beaucoup de chose accessibles à pied. Personnel très agréable et tout le monde a été gentil avec nous. Nous reviendrons c’est sure !

Cons:

Notre chambre était situé juste à côté de l’emplacement du matériel de la dame de ménage. Le bruit a 7h du matin nous réveillait. Les mur son très fin donc nous entendions la télé de notre voisin et les conversation téléphoniques des autres.
