Great location, close to Chinatown, the river, and not too far to walk to other places either. Clean, friendly, lovely atmosphere with a quiet and nice rooftop with pool available for guests. Very friendly breakfast staff, got some good tips from Serene on activities to do.

Very modern hotel in an ideal location, close to Clarke Quay and 2 MRT stations. The room was very clean and modern and all toiletries provided with towels, coffee, tea etc replaced as required so no issues. The breakfast buffet suited all nationalities with loads of choice - scrambled egg very nice. Could get busy and sometimes a bit difficult to find a table but we always got one. Reception staff helpful and pleasant. Our only quibble was the lack of storage availability in the room. The room was probably the smallest room we have ever been in and along with not much room to move about we struggled to unpack and find anywhere to put any clothes. Think they should provide some more drawers and shelves. However, was a very comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff and ideal location so we would return and just accept we need to live out of our suitcase!
Hotel de cidade bastante confortável. Hotel muito central, com acesso facilitado ao metro e a zona central de Clarque Quay. Os quartos apesar de pequenos, são suficientes para dormir, bastante luminosos e modernos.
Os pequenos almoços são de facto muito limitativos. Todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas, sem grande variedade e sem grandes opções. Além de que tinham elementos com aspecto pouco cuidados. Um hotel preparado mais para comida oriental do que para refeições ocidentais.
The hotel is very accessible to the public transport. The staff are approachable and kind though the check in counter staff did not give us the room with twin beds as per my booked room. The crew in the dining area were all nice and helpful. The ladies namely May and Irene were so kind and they attended to our needs and checked on us. This is my second stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chain. Thanks Holiday Inn Express, Clarke Quay, Singapore.

It was perfect for us, good location,MRT & bus stops nearby.Welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned daily, had everything we needed including mini fridge.Although it was a busy hotel it was quiet,everyone respectively enjoying themselves. Food at breakfast had alot of choice.Lovely rooftop with sun lounges, swimming pool and gym.Reasonably priced for quality of the hotel.
I had a courtyard view with queen bed to myself, for me, it would have seemed on small side for 2, but it is my individual taste that says that and there are larger rooms available.
The room was functional, clean, and comfortable, and no weird smells.
The breakfast lacked real healthy options. No restaurant in the evening.
