The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with free parking very close by. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of Ortisei, and the hotel also provides free public transportation in the Ortisei area.
Great location for exploring Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. Our room wasn’t particularly large, but it was perfectly comfortable for a stay of a few days.
A special mention goes to the wonderful hotel staff. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and gave us detailed information about everything we might need during our stay. The lady serving breakfast was also very kind and attentive.
Breakfast was varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The receptionist was especially lovely and took her time to explain everything clearly. Everyone made us feel very welcome.
The price was a little high for the stay.

It was a beautiful location a short walk outside town. The views around the property were spectacular.

An excellent hotel with a lovely spa and delicious breakfast. I would especially like to mention Alina, who is very pleasant and helpful. She helped us arrange an early transfer to Bolzano and gave us advice on traveling around the region. Alina thank you so much for your hospitality!
첫날 업그레이드 해 준 파노라마 룸 너무 좋았어요.
예약을 따로 해서 룸 변경한 방이 첫날 묵었던 방과 너무 차이가 나서 좀 당황하긴 했지만 나름 아늑하게 잘 지냈어요.
오르티세이 중심가와 좀 떨어져 있지만 오히려 조용하고 멋진 뷰를 감상하기 좋은 위치입니다.
로맨스 방 욕실이 좀 좁아요
The staff was friendly and very helpful! Alina was terrific!!! The honor bar and breakfast spread was 5 star!! We had a fabulous room with a view of town and the mountains!!!

It is a short walk away from city centre. Very comfortable bed and big bathroom. Spacious and luxurious common areas. Good breakfast
Hotellet var mycket trevligt och våprt boende bestod av två rum v arav det ena var sovrum med liten WC och det andra ett rum med soffa och skrivbord samt ett badrum. Sängarna var mycket bra och med exklusiva fina lakan. Hotellet ligger på ca 20 min promenad ner till centrum längs en nedlagd gammal järnväg dvs. på en grusad väg. Men det går också en buss alldeles utanför hotellet ner till centrum. Bara 2 stationer. Det finns parkeringsplatser för gästerna.
Då vi skulle passa en tidsslot för linbanan upp till Seceda redan 8:30 så skulle vi inte hinna äta den frukost vi trots allt betalat för. De hade något som de själva kallade för "Early breakfast" där de gjort iordning kaffe och lite bröd till, men vi tycker nog att de kunde låtit oss få sitta i frukostsalen samt åtminstone kunnat få "youghurt på burk" och något lite mer - vi kan ju knappast ha varit de första gästerna som ska iväg på en tidig morgonutflykt

I liked everything about the property
The property was very clean, in a great location with stunning views, 5-10 min walk from the city centre, and Seceda cable car. In addition, the hotel offers multiple wellness facilities such as a sauna and relaxation room. Wide range of food options and a bar for all hours with multiple beverage choices. Lastly and most importantly, the staff were unbelievably welcoming, very helpful - providing us with advice and bus passes for the city. Even after we checked out, we were allowed to keep the car in the car park for convenience and on our return were offered a coffee and to sit on the terrace to chill. Can’t recommend highly enough.
