Leez: If you have suggestions to help us improve, we hope and request that you can message us directly instead of posting a negative review. We are not perfect but we will be more than happy to listen to your suggestion to help us improve.
Me: Yes try to remove rats around and in your hotel, cause its difficult to manage for somes customers, also dont charge full reservation to customer decide to quit early for that reason. it's insame!

Pros:

What breakfast? Room ok for the price.

Cons:

The reception staff are unhelpful, dont know what they are doing and make the whole experience of checking in very unsatisfactory. Booking .com allows you to book breakfast but then reception tell you it isn't included. Price for non existant breakfast is expensive too.

So far so good. I stayed for 18 days and it was really nice. I’ll be back soon that for sure.
