Incredible location in old town, we were in the superior suite with sea view and I can’t recommend enough! Tons of bars/restaurants on your doorstep, check-in was easy with great communication and they helped with our airport transfer on arrival. The building is beautiful, incredibly clean, and renovated to a very high standard, you feel close to the busyness of old town but secure and comfortable in the apartment. Stavros was always on hand for great tips, recommendations, and some friendly chat! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Chania and will definitely be back!

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko do portu spacerem 2 minuty, pokoje czyste, przestronne, łóżko wygodne, codziennie nowe ręczniki. I teraz trochę o gospodarzu, bardzo pomocny, miły i otwarty Pan, na nasze 8 dni pobytu tylko 3 były słoneczne, nie wiedzieliśmy co robić w taką pogodę dlatego zapytaliśmy gospodarza, idealnie podpowiedział nam gdzie jechać jaką miejscowość zwiedzić czy nawet pokazał nam trasę na wycieczkę samochodową. Duże parkingi zaraz obok, niestety płatne ale przy placu 5 minut od lokalizacji są darmowe miejsca postojowe i zawsze znajdowaliśmy miejsce. Szczerze polecam!!

I stayed for two weeks at Casa Veneta and truly felt at home from the very first day. Stavros is an outstanding host — always kind, helpful, and available for any questions. His recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and local spots were always excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The housekeeping team was also incredibly warm and friendly, and everything was kept perfectly clean throughout my entire stay. The location in the heart of Chania’s old town is absolutely perfect — charming, authentic, and within walking distance of everything.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable experience. I felt comfortable and welcome during the whole two weeks. I can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania and would gladly stay here again.

The location was excellent. It is inside the beautiful old city but it was not right in the middle of the touristy spot so it was quiet and relaxing. The owner was friendly and interesting to talk to.

De eigenaar is heel goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp en staat 24/7 voor je klaar voor alle vragen! We hebben veel aanbevelingen van hem gekregen en hij is ook zeer goed op de hoogte van de locale situatie. Hele vriendelijke man, we hebben veel uit ons verblijf in Chania aan hem te danken.
De kamer was ook tip top in orde. Groot, netjes, mooi ingericht en een balkonnetje (kamer met seaside view). Het voelde echt aan als een luxe hotel, en toch midden in de stad. Helemaal genoten!
Er was tevens ook airco aanwezig in de kamer, hetgeen handig is aangezien we in een duplex kamer sliepen en het bovenaan nogal warm kon worden.

We loved staying at Stavros’ beautiful house. The location was perfect with a view of the sea from the balcony. The room was plenty spacious for 3 of us, very clean and with an excellent shower. There was even a carafe of raki and filter coffee in the fridge.
Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Stavros and enjoyed his excellent recommendations for sightseeing and food, and his reminiscing of earlier days in Chania.

L’emplacement idéal juste derrière le vieux port et dans la vieille ville. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse.

We loved this apartment and its location in beautiful Theotokopoulou Street. The balcony has lovely views of the sea and up the lovely historic street. The bed was large and comfortable. The apartment was quiet and we slept well. It was very clean. It is very well placed to explore Chania and walk to the beach .We really enjoyed meeting Stavros and hearing about his childhood and the history of the house and street. Stavros shared a lot of information before arrival which was really helpful. Check in and check out was easy and we were kept well informed before arrival Thank you

Our room had the sea view, on the top floor of the hotel. The hotel was a beautiful old style building which had been renovated and was very clean. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in 3 hotels over the course of our trip through Greece, and this was the best one we stayed at for our budget!

Also Stravos was very kind, he sent me plenty of details about the city through WhatsApp, such as reccomendations on where to eat, different beaches we could drive to and assisted us with whatever we asked, such as finding free parking down the street near the hotel. He even took us for a walk through old town Chania when we first arrived to show us around!
