El hotel es enorme, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es variado y muy bueno. También ofrecen todo tipo de actividades desde el hotel, son de pago pero te atienden enseguida y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas.
Nada en particular. Todo estaba bien, lo único sería la ubicación. Está cerca del aeropuerto (que era lo que nosotros buscábamos), pero si quieres moverte tanto por el centro como otros sitios, necesitas transporte. El hotel ofrece alquiler de motos y taxis, cosa que ayuda en este aspecto. Por eso tampoco lo consideramos algo malo. Además, decir que es un entorno muy húmedo y eso se traspasaba a las habitaciones.

This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was very professional, the food on the restaurant was delicious, the room was comfortable and the swimming pool was beautiful (if a bit cold at night, but after a few swims it was perfect). We had dinner and breakfast there and everything was delicious. The waiter in the evening was this very nice man that had worked in a cruise ship and had travelled around the world and could also speak some italiano. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety and even a pancake and eggs station. We stayed for only one night but we had a perfect stay there.

The breakfast was nice and my room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with a big mall just next door and the airport only a 30 minute drive away.
There was a nasty sewage smell coming from the drains in my bathroom in the morning after I came back from breakfast.
