Amazing breakfast offering, pleasant room designs, great location.
Zimmer mit (wunschgemäß) Blick auf die Skyling und den Fluss. Hoch gelegene Etage mit viel Blick (bis 23. Stock wäre möglich). Schönes großes einladendes Zimmer samt geräumigen Bad - da könnte man ein Pony duschen. Alles da, nichts fehlt. Super Ambiente.
Überragende Vielfalt beim Frühstück.
Dem Übernachtungspreis somit angemessen - man bekommt viel für sein Geld. Jederzeit empfehlenswert für 1-2 Nächte.
Eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage €40 - es gibt keinen Hotelgast-Rabatt.

Zimmer eher kalt und mit der Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend zu heizen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, hervorragendes Essen, gute Ausstattung.
An zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen konnte kein Bademantel organisiert werden. Man musste zuerst die Saunakarte an der Rezeption gegen die Zimmerkarte austauschen. Da man dann nicht mehr ins Zimmer kam, war man an der Rezeption bereits nur mit Saunatuch und T-Shirt bekleidet. Bei vielen Hotelgästen in der Lobby ist das nicht gerade angenehm.
Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs. Obwohl ich den Namen eines Mitreisenden nennen konnte, wurde mir die Auskunft über seine Zimmernummer verweigert. Obwohl ich zufällig die korrekte Zimmernummer wusste, konnte ich dort nicht hin, da auch eine Fahrt mit dem Lift in dieses Stockwerk nicht möglich war.

The breakfast is really good with a lot of gluten free alternatives. The location is just in front of the metro. I book this hotel because the bathroom has a door, rudimentary, but has one.
The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars, the decor is "alternative," and frankly, the cabaret-style lighting and colors bothered me. The furniture is in dire need of replacement; when I arrived, I had to request a room change because the TV stand kept opening on its own and the sofa was stained, as if with dye. The cleaning service left much to be desired; I stayed four nights, and they only made the beds and took out the trash.

Asked for early check-in and was told they will try but there was actually no record of request, but I was given an upgrade so I didn't have to move room
Lounge bar only open from 1700 so nowhere to sit and have a drink in the hotel
Glass bathroom is gorgeous but I was planning to share room with a colleague. Luckily other reviews had warned in advance
