Cons:

Lo único desfavorable era el shampoo y enjuague, nos dejó el pelo súper grasoso y con caspa. Luego todo impecable!

Excelente estadía! El hotel es súper amplio, impecable y con un desayuno riquísimo. La atención del personal fue de 10 y la ubicación es perfecta: a muy pocas cuadras de la plaza principal y de la Casa de Tucumán. ¡Muy recomendable!

Cons:

El estacionamiento, por cuestiones de espacio, estaba a una cuadra del Hotel. De todas formas, no fue un problema

La ubicación. La carta de restaurante buena. La limpieza. Buen baño. Los postres , el suspiro limeño y los dulces regionales.

Cons:

La atención al ingreso. Llegamos y solicitamos cenar y nos dijeron que la cocina acababa de cerrar. De favor nos ofrecieron un te. Insistimos y también de favor nos hicieron un tostado. La atención del restaurante en general no fue buena. Los tamales no son recomendables.No funcionaba el teléfono en la habitación y fue muy difícil utilizar la TV.

Excelente relación precio-calidad. La ubicación del hotel permite moverte caminando. Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, y creo que es una excelente opción.

El personal es muy atento educados y cualquier pregunta están dispuestos a ayudar , llegue con mis nenas casi a la media noche ,y tanto el muchacho de la noche en recepción y los dos muchachos en el turno mañana ( estuve allí el día 15/7) excelentes , siempre con buen humor y una sonrisa , las habitaciones cómodas , limpias , y las camas muy cómodas también el desayuno completo y el personal del desayuno , siempre atentos a que no falte nada , hasta el chico de limpieza en el lobby muy atento , la verdad le recomendaría a cualquiera , ubicación increíble
