Localização, perto da 25 de março, central. Localização segura.
Atendentes educados e bem treinados.
A comida do restaurante é boa, garçons com bom atendimento.

Cons:

Limpeza, deixou muito a desejar.
Quarto com sobra de hospedes anteriores, sabonete aberto no box de hospede anterior.
Quando chegamos encontrei sujeira no quarto de outros hospedes. (plastico de canudo no chão)
Lençol manchado, coberta com cheiro ruim e furada.
Café da manhã farto, mas qualidade ruim dos alimentos.
O elevador não atende a demanda do hotel, muito demorado para chegar.

Excelente custo benefício. Melhor atendimento.
Pros:

O atendimento da recepção e camareiras é irretocavel. Os garçons do restaurante são educadíssimos. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, perto da 25 de março, da Sé, com fácil acesso ao Brás, com restaurantes, lojas e igrejas ao redor. Os funcionários do hotel são extremamente prestativos, entrosados entre si e cuidadosos com os hóspedes. O hotel deve trata-los muito bem.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, o hotel atende muito bem. Para ficar magnífico os elevadores podem melhorar um pouco, pois demoram muito. O café pode variar um pouco porque a proteina muda dia sim dia não e para quem fica muitos dias pode ficar cansativo.
