Ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Onsen, aber eher unzentraler Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem eleganten und ruhigen Ambiente. Besonders das Onsen hat uns sehr gefallen und den Aufenthalt nochmals entspannter gemacht. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Die Lage war für uns jedoch eher etwas suboptimal und nicht ganz so zentral. Das western Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Ebenfalls etwas schade war, dass es im ganzen Hotel nur zwei Waschmaschinen gab.

今回初めてこのサイトで申込み。チェックイン時や案内スッタフの対応が丁寧に感じました。
歩き回った身体には大浴場が最高！
朝食美味しかったです。

Cons:

館内廊下がうす暗く標識が見えづらかった。
ベッドが大きすぎて、座るスペースがもう少しあると楽かも！

Lovely, calming atmosphere, helpful staff and modern facilities.

Cons:

Lighting in room was very limited and not covering the whole room. Unfortunately, there were also no blackout blinds, so it got bright very early morning.

お部屋や朝食夕食は良かった。大浴場の管理・運用が良くない。
Pros:

雰囲気やお部屋のつくりは最高に良いです

Cons:

大浴場がカビ臭く、値段もそれなりにするので幻滅した。
また混雑時洗い場で並んで待たなければならなかったり、
脱衣所が狭すぎて誰かが終わるまで待たなければならなかったりと快適ではなかった。

Wonderful hotel with amazing breakfast and friendly staff!
Pros:

We really liked the location…a short walk to the train station. The staff were excellent!! Helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious!!! We loved it!! The room was extremely clean and the amenities were excellent. We loved the pyjamas!!
