The staff were very kind and accommodating, spoke english and helped us with checking in and out. The hotel is very beautiful aesthetically including the room. Enjoyed the size of the bed. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to kyoto station and gojo station meaning we were always connected to transport and not stuck in the room all day. Nice amenities like aircon, bidet and USB charging ports.
Room was a little bit smaller than we were anticipating but it wasn't a major issue and it was comfortable for 2 people.

Had an Onsen, it was large and the vibes have been perfected. Room was spacious and bathroom was very big by Japanese standards.
The location was a bit out of the way and we did have to do quite a bit of walking to get to the sites.
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Elegant und minimalistisch.
Das Personal war super freundlich wie zu erwarten. Ich hatte das Western breakfast gewählt und es war wirklich lecker und für mich zuviel am Morgen 😄
Es ist allerdings immer das selbe und man sollte sich bei mehreren Nächten darauf einstellen.
Das Hotel ist nah am Bahnhof aber ins Zentrum ist es ein längerer Fußweg.
Excelente lugar. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero muy cómodas. Cuentan con aire acondicionado, baño totalmente limpio y equipado con bañera, camas cómodas y buenas almohadas. Además, la atención del personal es muy buena.
Lo único que no me gustó fue el área de lavandería. Solo hay dos lavadoras para todos los huéspedes, por lo que suelen estar ocupadas. Sería muy conveniente que colocaran algunas más.
