A perfect with alot of choices.

Modern Hotel with modern onsen. Onsen open until late so you don’t need to rush back to hotel just to enjoy the enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful, greet everyone with smile and friendly tone.
It’s hard for us to open both of our luggage, the room is slightly small. (We booked King Size Bed Room)
Washing machines available, but some only 2 for everyone, so you really need to camp for it.
The hotel is a place of calm after the intense day.
The darkness of the foyer
A wonderful stay. The room was very peaceful and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and I really liked the free drinks and nibbles in the evening.

在住宿期間發生了一件稍嫌遺憾的疏失，入住前我對於您們的期待值非常高，入住時的服務也非常滿意。但由於該疏失為整體服務添加了一個無法忽視的小污點。我不願意將疏失的實際事件講出來是因為我不希望這個我認為只是溝通上產生誤會所造成的疏失影響到您們飯店的評價，因為我非常喜歡這間飯店，未來如果有機會我依然會選擇入住。只是希望透過評論的方式讓您們知道這件事情不能再發生了。另外提到櫃檯經理在這件事情上的誠懇態度十分讓人認可！
The hotel and onsen were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were well appointed. My only complaint was there was little room for our luggage and the rooms were dark.
The hotel was lovely and had a calming fresh smell to it. The staff were amazing. The amenities were very good. We had a large room with a nice large bathroom.
Feedback for the hotel. We booked an accessible room as my sister is in a wheelchair. We need to use medical equipment to get her from her wheelchair to the bed, toilet and shower. The medical equipment needs to be able to slide under the bed, however we had box beds so it was very challenging. There was also a couple of higher bits in the bathroom which made it difficult to wheel her in on the equipment.
Everything was good
it was a 8 minute walk from the next train station, middle of the city, close to shopping areas and parks as well, food was good after lunch and dinner
breakfast wasnt the best, table and sitting areas were very low
Clean, good location, great staff and value.
