家族が休憩できてほっとしています
Pros:

最初に申し込んだ値段と同じようにお支払いができました。
枕や毛布をお借りすることができました。

Cons:

駐車場の確保を事前に頼んでいましたが、ホテルから少し距離のある場所に駐車をさせてもらいました。駐車料金は500円引きでした。

Niet rookvrij , niet op gelet bij de booking , ook de omgeving ( uitgangsbuurt ) is niet zoals we in andere districten kenden ( roken , drinken en veel vuil op straat )

My stay in Landmark was amazing and comfortable
Pros:

It's was peaceful, clean and I wanted to spent more days but I couldn't. I wish to stay in landmark some other time

Cons:

I liked everything apart from the fact that I wanted to stay for more days but the rooms were already booked . So I just spent one day .

平日の朝食の提供が遅くてがっかりしました
Pros:

ロケーションは良かったです。部屋の作りは新しくなさそうでしたが、ユニットバスはリノベーションしてあり、比較的清潔でした。

Cons:

平日の朝食が最も不満でした。一応朝食は8:00開始と書いてありましたが、8:05にフロントに行ったところ、５組ほどが４組ほどが待っていました。そこから8:30まで朝食会場に入ることができず、会場に入れない人は15人以上にのぼっていました。その間、フロントのスタッフの方が「近隣のコメダコーヒーのチケットに変更できます」と案内してくださいましたが、近隣と行っても少し歩かなくてはいけないので、行きませんでした。8:30にようやく会場に入ることができ、すぐに注文しましたが、朝食が提供されたのは8:45で、食べ終えたのは9:00近くになっていました。ビジネス用途として、朝食が提供されるまでにこれほど時間がかかるのは致命的だと思います。朝から職場に向かわなければいけない方は、少なくとも朝食ありのプランはおすすめしません。
朝食に関しては、オペレーションに何らかの改善が必要だと思います。朝食会場を見渡したところ、ホールと調理含めて３名ほどしかスタッフがおらず、席数は十分あるにも関わらず、会場に人を入れられていないようでした。注文するたびに食事を作ってくださっているようでしたが、こんなに時間がかかるくらいなら、ビュッフェ形式にしてもっと人が回るようにしたほうが良いのではないかと感じました。
金曜日の夜に宿泊しましたが、繁華街に近いため、朝方まで騒がしかったです。ベッドの近くに電源がないのが不便でした。また、部屋のWifiは全くつながりませんでした。
