Fijne locatie, goed ontbijt en veel restaurants in de buurt. Catherine vd receptie spreekt goed Engels en heeft ons super goed geholpen. We kwamen vroeg aan in Hue met de nachtrein vanuit Hanoi. Ze zorgden dat onze kamers eerder dan incheck tijd klaar waren, dit vonden we erg attent en erg fijn. Tevens op verzoek 2 kamers naast elkaar gekregen. Ze heeft ons geholpen met een transfer naar Danang en bood aan dat we een EN sprekende chauffeur kregen, grotere comfortabele auto en dat de chauffeur ons onderweg nog 3 bezienswaardigheden liet zien tegen een nette prijs. Catherine, bedankt voor het meedenken en de aandacht. Jammer dat we maar 1 nachtje bleven. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen! Als bezienswaardigheid is het citadel in de avond een bezoek waard. Prachtig verlicht en wandelend langs de verlichte brug en loopbrug. En als je op zoek bent naar een lekker restaurant, ga zeker naar Chan, ze hebben op korte afstand 2 locaties, zelfde concept. Wij haddeb tot 2 keer toe bij de verdere locatie gegeten. Nog nooit zo lekker gegeten 👌🏻.

Very close to restaurants and shops

Hotel davvero molto bello, in posizione super centrale sia per la sera sia per poter girare il giorno e visitare le varie attrazioni. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, molto preparato e sempre sorridente e attento a ogni dettaglio e alle nostre esigenze. Camera pulita, letto molto comodo, struttura in generale molto carina, colazione molto buona.

i went with my brother and stayed for a few nights. this was the best service and hospitality we have received from a hotel in all of vietnam, and perhaps even all of our travels as a whole! the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great. the staff were all very nice, helped us open doors and carried our luggage all the way to the car. one of the staff, catherine, was especially helpful! she remembered our names and gave us a detailed breakdown of where to go and what to do around the area. she never tried to pressure us into doing anything, and it was purely just to help. we really appreciated her service, and would recommend anyone who wants to stay in hue, stay with them. thank you again catherine and all of the staff ❤️

Hotel ligt aan ren rustige straat, midden in het centrum. Veel eetgelegenheden rondom het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers met airco en ijskastje.

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement est proche de toutes commodités, ce qui rend la vie quotidienne très pratique. L’appartement est propre, spacieux et lumineux, offrant un confort idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’accueil a été chaleureux et tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !

From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with attention to the slightest detail and it continued throughout our stay. Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms, perfectly placed near the river and plenty of restaurants. I will absolutely return on my next trip to Hue.
