Quiet and near the lively neighborhood
Pros:

The room was clean and calm. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Sarah. :)

Cons:

The switches for the lights at the head of the bed were inaccessible because they were wedged behind the mattress.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and attentive. They're knowledgeable of areas and provided good recommendations. We often got great recommendations from Amy, Cường, and another doorman. Amy was Great so as Kelly. Kelly corrected our room situation as soon as we told her. This hotel was also within walking distance of many food and shopping places. Note that hotel is located in the middle section of a busy alley. Vọng cảnh hill was a pleasantly surprised place to visit. It’s cooler than the city.

Cons:

Lot of their guests were Local families traveling with young children. Be prepared for their noise And running around. During our stay, they were running and playing in the hallway outside our room on a floor below and a floor above without supervision from their parents.

Vriendelijk personeel! Ontbijt was uitgebreid en de kamer was ruim.

Cons:

Kamer was duidelijk wel gedateerd en kan een opknapbeurt goed gebruiken. Het bed is niet geschikt voor buikslapers (ivm diepe kuil en wegzakken)

An excellent place to stay in the centre of Hue.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. They arranged train tickets and even gave us a packed breakfast to take on the train as we left early in the morning. The breakfast in the hotel was also good.

No frill stay.
Pros:

Toilet is clean, water pressure is good

Cons:

Bus cannot access the small road the hotel located.
It’s inconvenient for wheel chair and baby pram.
Air conditioning unit was leaking water but fixed promptly.
