Ótimo hotel para passar uma noite em Novo Hamburgo.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom e estacionamento amplo e com muitas vagas. Bom hotel!

Cons:

É um hotel um pouco antigo e o ar quente no meu quarto não esquentou tanto quanto eu gostaria. Porém, estes foram problemas realmente muito pequenos. Os pontos positivos foram maiores.

Jamais eu retornaria para este Hotel. Muito Ruim! desconfortável e malandragem no estacionamento.

Na verdade, não teve nada de que eu tenha gostado.

Cons:

A localização é em uma avenida movimentada e barulhenta. As camas são horríveis e desconfortáveis, as cobertas são de poliéster. O café da manhã é razoável. Mas o que mais me chateou foi que, na hora do checkout, descobri que o estacionamento não estava incluído, apesar de que no anúncio a informação era de que tinha estacionamento, mas em nenhum momento dizia que não estava incluído no valor bem caro que paguei por uma noite, propaganda enganosa e jamais eu daria 4 estrelas para este hotel como aparece no anúncio... têm outros de 3 estrelas bem melhores que este em Novo Hamburgo.
