Second best hotel ever!
Pros:

I liked the fact that there is a great view of the city,but I think it should’ve had a gate around the first floor balcony.

Check location VERY carefully
Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Change of owners led to poor communication issues…much further from station than indicated
New owners attempted to pacify us with a free lift to the station…you have to park in Tasch (paid parking) and catch train in to Zermatt ..no visitors cars allowed…plenty of golf buggies whizzing about tho!

Really nice apartment
Pros:

Loved this place. Clean, comfortable room within 10-15 minute walk of the centre of Zermatt. The kitchen area was well equipped and allows for self catering. Staff at the nearby hotel are really friendly and helpful for check-in.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn and an enjoyable place.
Pros:

When the hotel says you have a room with a view of the Matterhorn, you get a wonderful view. We had a nice patio and enjoyed much time in the nice location at the edge of town. The hotel staff to get to the apartment was helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

The place could use an update. The sofa was old and the floors seem too worn. With that said, the view was fantastic.

Pros:

房間超棒的!!! 可以先寄放行李，但要依照民宿的指示前往另一間配合的hotel寄放，給櫃檯基本資料就會拿掉牛鈴鑰匙自行去放行李。自行辦理入住，機器一開始使用還找不到我的資料，最後試成功後房卡卻跑不出來，試了兩次後只好按旁邊的按鈕求助，有小哥拿著房卡過來，並告知可能機器有些問題會再請人來看，如果太晚入住的人可能要注意，不確定是否24小時都有人可以求救幫忙。但房間真的很棒，陽台可以看到馬特洪峰，還有廚房跟衛浴。離巴士站也很近，走路去火車站也不遠，總之真的很棒，但住宿期間是不會有人來清潔打掃的，要靠自己維持，但影響不大，一切都很好。

El departamento es muy amplio y comodo.
Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones.
Supero mis expectativas.

Cons:

No me habian avisado que las llaves se retiraban en la recepcion de otro hotel asi que tuve que volver caminando a buscarlas, de todos modos es cercano pero una vez que llagas uno quiere entrar directo.
