Good value but a little out of the way from the town centre

Pros:

Très bon séjour ! Le logement est idéalement situé, proche de tout et facile d’accès. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et l’appartement ne manquait de rien : propre, bien équipé et confortable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Pros:

Appartement très minimaliste, mais relativement propre. Pas toute les chambres ont un balcon côté Matterhorn. Le check-in se fait à l'hôtel Alpen Resort.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif est le check-in dès 16h00. C'est vraiment tard !!! Entre 5 à 10 minutes de marche depuis la gare. Les alentours de l'hôtel Patricia n'ont aucun intérêt.
Les massages (de Alpen Resort) sont que pour une personne. Pas possible de faire un massage en couple en même temps.

Love it.
Pros:

Good view and location. Spacious, plenty of bathrooms (all private), and clean.

Cons:

The system at the property to get the key card was not really working (cards issued were not working). Seems to have issues with many guests, not just us.

"Clean, Safe, and Great Matterhorn View – Slightly confusing check-in"
Pros:

"The apartment is very clean and feels completely safe. The absolute highlight of our stay was being able to see the Matterhorn right from the bedroom—waking up to that view is incredible. The only heads-up for future guests is that the initial check-in process can be a bit confusing, as you have to check in at a different location. However, once that is sorted out and you get to the apartment, everything else goes very smoothly. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

Nous avons été upgradé et avons eu beaucoup de place dans l’appartement pour notre bébé qui bouge beaucoup.
Cuisine hyperfonctionnelle.
La vue sur le Mont Cervin incroyable!
Le spa de l’hotel etait super.

Alles war bereitgestellt . Balkon mit Matterhornsicht. Sauberkeit war Top. Das Frühstück konnten wir nachträglich buchen und es war MEEEGAA

Kaffeeautomat war vorhanden . Kapseln waren da aber leider keine Port. Kaffeerahm oder Milchpulver. Schade aber eine Kleinigkeit

A Beautiful Town that is over Developed.
Pros:

This was a wonderful unit to stay in. A little hard to find, but an excellent place. I think our room would serve better for a longer time, but we only stayed a couple of days. The staff checking in was wonderful. The room was large. I thought breakfast was okay, but 25 swiss francs each, in dollars that is like 32.00 so expensive for me. But then Europe is expensive for the US dollar sadly. Switzerland worse.

Cons:

I did not like that they charged so much to use the gym at the hotel. One person said we could use the gym, but then when my friend went to use it , they said no, it is 40 chf. That is crazy. And especially bad when it is communicated two different ways. The gym should be free. The sauna and other things, okay charge, but even 40 is high.
