Agréable malgré les bémols ci-dessus
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien tenu et situé. Le service est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct avec un personnel soucieux du réapprovisionnement et du service aux clients. La climatisation est bien adaptée. Le coffre fort dans les chambres gratuitement est le bienvenu.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de réfrigérateur avec partie freezer dans les chambres.
Un petit bémol : sur les trois jours de notre séjour, le 2e jour qui était un jeudi , notre chambre n’était pas refaite à 15 h et il nous a été répondu que
L’hôtel priorisait les chambres pour les entrants. Ce n’est donc pas agréable en tant que clients résidents ayant payés de s’entendre dire que nous passons après les nouveaux clients. C’est contrariant.

Very comfortable stay and room was most unusual, sitting area with bathroom and a staircase to bedroom with bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing, the only point I would make is that I think it should be noted in the description of the room that it is split level with stairs, in case of mobility issues
