Bizim için güzel bir tecih oldu.
Pros:

Konumu, odaların büyüklüğü, temizliği gayet iyiydi. 15. Katta kaldık güzel bir manzarası vardı. Aracımızı kapalı otoparka koyduk ve gezi boyunca çıkarmadık. Lobiden yemek içmek uygun fiyatlıydı.

Cons:

Buzdolabı çalışıyordu ama soğutmuyordu. Çocuğa aldığımız ayran kefir bozuldu. Lobinin ya da havuzun işletmesi farklı olduğu için oda hesabına yazdıramamak kötüydü.

Excellent place to stay, with everything in one place
Pros:

Excellent hotel. The staff is nice, the food is great, both the buffet breakfast and the restaurant. Everything is clean. The location is amazing and was perfect for my trip purpose (I was there for the marathon, and the start location was right outside). I really enjoyed the pool and the sauna, and so did my family. I have visited before and will definitely come back.

Cons:

Only small things: the three elevators aren’t enough during peak hours like breakfast time because the building is tall and they have low capacity; the parking is rather tight (but I don’t think this can be fixed). Overall, very minor things.

Kahvaltısı çok yetersizdi mecburen dışarıda kahvaltı aramak zorunda kaldık.

Местоположението на хотела е много добро. Стаите са реновирани и комфортни.

Cons:

За събота закуската не беше съобразена с броя на гостите в хотела - нямаше места, само в зоната за пушачи, която според мене прекалено голяма. В неделя сменкха салона, но и там имаше какво да се коригира! Стаята ни не беше почистена на втория ден, поне боклука да беше изхвърлен (не знам дали това са нови условия, предвид че и друг път сме отсядали в този хотел и сме били удовлетворенк). Освен дигане на бариерата към подземния гараж не беше осъществен никакъв контрол за паркирането ...имаше коли, които заемаха 2 места ..... Конторлът в асансьорите с карти за конкретния етаж е ОК, но трябваше персоналът да оказва повече съдействие на гостите,защото имаше много гости, които не бяха разбрали как рабитят и се получаваха "задръствания" и се изчакваше дълго време.

Spa bölümünde sebil yok üstünde para yoksa susuz kalınıyor oda hesabına yazmıyorlar illede nakit istiyorlar. Odamda temizlik yapılmadı odada su bir defaya mahsus ücretsiz.
