La struttura è molto bella e i servizi sono ottimi con colazione, ristorante e SpA.
Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, e le massaggiatrici molto brave.

Cons:

Purtroppo eravamo i primi ad entrare nella SpA e la piscina è abbastanza fredda.
Per il resto tutto bello.

Прибыли в отел 7:30 в 10: 30 нас заселили в номер а по правилам отеля номер выдается в 14:00 . Прекрасный завтрак все чиста вежливый персонал люкс номера

Pros:

The room was spacious - we stayed in the queen suite - so we had 2 bedrooms and a lounge. The hotel was a little run down especially the entrance and elevator area. But all in all the staff was very obliging and we were comfortable.

Location close the the embassy that we visited

Cons:

We were initially put in a smoking room, even though our booking clearly specified non-smoking. When we asked about it, staff insisted the room was non-smoking — which wasn't true, as there was a strong smell of smoke and an ashtray in the room. It took an argument with the staff before they finally moved us to a different room, so the issue was resolved in the end, just after some unnecessary conflict. On top of that, the person checking us in mistakenly said we had to pay extra for breakfast, even though it was already included in our rate. Overall, a mixed experience.
