Unfortunately we weren't informed that they were changing all the room doors. The only way we could access our room was to get reception to come to the door and basically take apart the lock - every time. There were also gaps in the door frame and we could hear the lift and people outside all night. The room came with a small kitchenette that had no glasses, cutlery or plates. Very average stay.

Excellent stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a perfect location in Ankara.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional during the entire stay. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. I really enjoyed my stay in Ankara and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Good hotel with quality breakfast and good service. The facilities could be more modern.

betten waren sehr konform. zimmer sauber. duschrinnen war verstopft. personal freundlich. frühstück ok. (für 4* ist mehr zu erwarten).

Cons:

spa war in angebot und in preis inbegriffen: nun, habe ich vor ort erst erfahren, dass man pro tag nur für 30 min sauna benutzen darf. damfbad war aus. spa wird von eine externen firma (koru?) betrieben.
