Great stay to catch up with friends in Vienna.
Pros:

Great value for a comfortable, quiet, well maintained hotel near the main train station in Vienna. Very helpful staff - and great to have complementary laundry facilities.

Pros:

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Je tiens toutefois à souligner tout particulièrement le professionnalisme, la réactivité et la gentillesse de la manager. Malgré quelques petits désagréments au début de mon séjour, elle a été très à l’écoute et a rapidement trouvé une solution pour que je me sente bien. J’ai beaucoup apprécié son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son attention.
Une manager vraiment investie dans la satisfaction de ses clients, que je remercie sincèrement.

Very good breakfast, excellent restaurant, and a convenient location close to the train station.

Cons:

We arrived with bicycles, and I had specifically contacted the property in advance to ask whether they had a secure place to store them. I was told that they did. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the “secure storage” was actually a public underground car park, with a designated area for hotel guests and bicycle racks. There was also a notice stating that bicycles were left there at the owner’s own risk. I definitely would not consider this a secure place to store bicycles.

Netoliese yra metro stotis, todėl miesto centrą lengva ir greitai pasiekti metro. Kambariai švarūs, šviesūs ir tvarkingi. Personalas profesionalus, paslaugus ir puikiai išmanantis savo darbą. Viešnagė paliko labai gerą įspūdį – tikrai rekomenduoju

Excellent customer service from Basem
Pros:

Downstairs in the bar Basem was just the best. He looked after us very well. Is friendly, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. He is the type of person you need in an establishment like this.
