Cons:

We asked the hotel if we could change our reservation to two double rooms. They replied that they were fully booked and could not offer us another room. However, we then found another room available at the hotel on Booking.com. This was disappointing, and we would have appreciated a clearer explanation.

Centrally located. Liked the balcony and the fact that the room was not facing the noisy main street.
