It's the staff and breakfast that make this place worth staying in Beppu
Pros:

Although slightly dated compared to other hotels, this place more than makes up for it with the staff and the amazing breakfast. They were all incredibly friendly and welcoming (even to our tandem bike!), probably more so than any hotel we have stayed in in Japan. The onsen on the top floors were also great and the location is perfect for everything. Highly recommended.

友人との再会を最高の思い出に出来ました。

スタッフさんの対応が、親切で暖かく感じました。
駐車場🅿️も無料で、チェックイン前から、チェックアウト後も停められたので、大変助かりました。
久々の友人との再会が、とても楽しい思い出になりました。
朝食も、美味しかったです。
来年も、また集まろうという事になったので、是非また伺います。

Nice for a couple of nights
Pros:

Liked being close to the sea and not that far from the station.

Cons:

Hotel needs a bit of modernisation. Great location, nice big room but the rest is rather basic. A bit of love and this old dame could be beautiful.

スタッフは良い方なので、古かったり少し虫が出ても大丈夫な方なら良いかもしれません
Pros:

スタッフはみなさん良い人だと感じました
ロケーションはいいです。近くにカフェやスーパーもあるし大分までのアクセスはしやすいです(もう少し北へ向かうと夕方はさらに渋滞につかまります)
施設にあるイラストも僕は好きですし、細かい気配りは好きです。
Wifiは問題ない速度でした。

施設が古いです
大浴場は古くてゴキブリがいました、ホテルも古いので部屋に出ないか心配でしたが部屋には出ませんでした。
コインランドリーがないので近隣のところを利用する必要があります

鍵を開けるのに少しコツがいるなと思いました
オートロックに慣れてしまっているので鍵を新しくしてもらえるといいなと思いました

Pros:

1.早餐很好吃且新鮮健康，可以感覺的到旅館用心設計菜單。
2.住客比較多是日本人，不會覺得到處都是外國觀光客的喧鬧感。
3.房間很大、舒適。
4.通往露天溫泉的廊道可以看到別府塔。露天溫泉規模小，只有3個沖澡的位置，但第一天住宿自己包場，真是不好意思。
5.旅社感覺有點年紀，部分陳設物較老舊，但不影響使用。有個泡完澡可以休息的交誼廳。
6.有非常多旅店自己設計的貼心提醒，圖案非常可愛。
7.旅社旁邊就是海濱，距離YouMe Town Beppu非常近，旁邊還有樂雅樂Royal Host，很適合散步、飲食購物方便，很輕鬆。
8.雖然離車站走路有十分鐘路程，但慢慢走走看看也就到了，下次來別府還會再來住。
