Misery under moonlight
Pros:

Attended the full moon evening at the hotel in the bay club. What a bad experience. We attended for dinner no bookings accepted, arrived at 5pm no tables available so we found seats and sat under a palm. Stood in line to order food and to say it was a nightmare is an understatement. By 6pm they had already run out of the only dinner option I could have, water available in paper cups. Such a disappointing experience. Very poorly organised. Staff meandering around trying to deliver food. Just an awful experience. Giving them a 1 star cos the pizza that was ordered came out within 30 minutes.

Really enjoyed the hotel and the Bay view.
Pros:

Excellent food all round.

Cons:

Need to replace the daytime cushions. The tatty ones.
Clean behind the cushions. Clean the windows facing the Bay (restaurant).
Pick up the refuse blown over the rail into the mangrove area. Can't blame the wonderful staff here.

Our family liked our stay, the location and all the fantastic staff.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and lovely, nice view from our room.
We had a small memorial event at Mangrove venue which was well organised, food and beverages were very well sorted and easy to pay for.
All Mangrove staff in all areas were lovely, from check in at reception, events with Alice, all the bar staff, and restaurant staff absolutely fantastic service. Loved our stay. Last thing watching a sunrise over Roebuck Bay here is phenomenal 😊

I know busy with restaurant service but would have loved a basic room service menu

the facilities were what we needed, i think we had a pool view but it was not much of a view.

Cons:

I wish I hadn't gone into our friends room that was a few doors down. They had a huge room with a great view and we were paying the same night rate.

Enjoyable stay in great lication
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay and was perfect to view staircase to the moon. Location was perfect for sightseeing with bus stop in front and Chinatown in walking distance. Staff in reception, housekeeping and Johnny Sausage were fabulous. Staff in Bay Club Bar less so but not enough to spoil our stay.

Quiet & clean in a dream location
Pros:

The food, staff and room were great. So quiet and such a beautiful location.

Cons:

The loose pavers are dangerous between the pool area and the left side accommodation. Could see someone really hurting themselves tripping over I think this needs to be sorted out.

A fairly basic room for a high price more than $550).

Not impressed with Johnny Sausage . How many Italian restaurants do you know that don’t serve pizza? The pizza from the Bar was sub par and expensive @ $35. A frozen Pizza from a discount grocery store tasted better than this one.
