Everything is perfect
My stay at The Domain Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive.
The reception team made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The staff across the hotel, including the breakfast team, pool attendants, and bar staff, were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The panoramic city and sea views were absolutely stunning, especially during breakfast. Waking up to that scenery was one of the highlights of my stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and everything was well presented. It was the perfect way to start the day while enjoying the breathtaking skyline.
As someone who managed the operations, admins and logistics, I appreciate efficiency, attention to detail, and consistency. The Domain Hotel delivered on all three. Every part of the experience felt well organized and professionally managed.
I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

فندق نظيف وطاقم خلوقين ومتعاونين والمواقف لسيارة ييتلم من السيارة ويعطيك كرت وعندخروجك تعطيهم الكرت يجيبون السيارة امام الفندق
والغرفه بانوراميه اطلاله جميله

الفندق جميل والخدمات جيده والاطلاله لابأس بها
تأخير خدمة السيارات في إحضارها بالرغم اني اكلمهم قبل النزول بوقت لكي يتسنى لهم احضار المركبه وعندما انزل عند البوابه يذهب الموظف لجلب السياره وانتظر وقت حتى تصل والمفترض ترك الخيار للعميل لأيقاف مركبته بنفسه لا لإجباره على خدمة صف المركبات
البوفيه للأفطار متوسط ونفس الإطباق يومياً ولا يستحق التجربة يومياً منه
بعد ارسال التقييم في البوكينج يتم التواصل مع العملاء وتقديم عروض لمصادرة رأي العميل وإعادة التقييم لرفع المستوى وهذا ظلم للعميل وما تعرض له وللعملاء الجدد على التجربة
