We stayed here because we needed to be close to Vanderbilt. This is my first time at a Homewood Suites and we got a king suite with a pull out couch. Only 1 bathroom. We enjoyed the room and our stay. Enjoyed the large room and full size fridge. People were very nice, great breakfast and we parked in the street for free or a few dollars of the 40$ the hotel wanted.
The bad: Always one employee at the front desk. Very unfair to the employee and guests. Several times I asked for stuff and it never came or happened. Asked for fresh linens for the pull out couch - nope. Asked for someone to come see the AC as it would not go above 70 - nope. One night we asked for towels - nope, none for us.
Did not use the shuttle either but they have one.
ADENA - super kind and awesome. We forgot something in the room and she went upstairs to look for it, found it and kept it until we could get back.

Breakfast was awesome and the sitting area was as well. Too bad had to access to fresh water once it closed.
