You have to pay for things that should be free at a 5 stars hotel! Exp.: Parking inside the property (10$), coffee capsules (3$/each), Netflix ( TV is not smart so you have to pay to watch netflix!! ), you will find “buy me” cards in the room for random stuff.
They market the place as high speed internet but it’s not, and when I called the reception they didn’t do anything about it ( 5mbps!! ).
The restaurant at the property has minimum charge (25$) which sounded a but cheap to me because anyway I will end up paying this amount but I didn’t like that the receptionist had to say it to me!

Un personnel très à l'écoute qui vous fait vous sentir unique, toujours très souriant et avenant. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et savoureux, panier pour l'aéroport très bien pensé.Plein de petites attentions qui ont rendu ces derniers jours sur Beyrouth inoubliables.Literie très confortable, chambres très bien insonorisées. De l'accueil au room service en passant par le bar le service est irréprochable.

Excellent hotel — could be perfect if they treated staff better!
Pros:

Excellent facilities, beautiful view, top-notch pool. Food was wonderful (albeit a bit pricey). Staff were great and very welcoming.

Cons:

I was told by multiple former employers that they had to leave due to the terrible pay. That kind working environment inevitably leads to high turnover as it encourages experienced staff to pursue other opportunities. Owners need to treat and pay their staff better.
