Outstanding property with the most hospitable staff .
Pros:

The staff is what makes this spot outstanding. Antoine at the rooftop was the nicest hospitable person I have ever met. The front desk and bell desk staff were super accommodating as well. No detail was left out. The hotel is a young hip and colorful property in fun and young area.

Cons:

Not really a dislike, more like an improvement. The door should have a DND sign for the housekeeping and the voucher to alo taxi took forever to print.

My stay was memorable due to the fun Super Hero theme, the enjoyable penthouse with a swimming pool
Pros:

I enjoyed the Supper Hero theme it added a fun element to searching for the invisibility robe. The penthouse with its swimming pool and the refreshing breeze on the 14th-floor balcony during September's summer were particularly memorable. Finally, addressing the TV problem by Ali Marji the guest manager was satisfying by changing the room. The Marvelous Burger restaurant on ground floor.

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Beirut!
The Smallville Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere is beautiful and stylish, the rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of every detail. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay.

If you’re visiting Beirut and looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, great atmosphere, and excellent service, The Smallville Hotel is definitely a place I highly recommend.

Clean practical and overall nice stay
Pros:

You have everything within the same facility you don't event have to leave
It's clean it's practical the restaurants are great we tried da sophia marvelous and the poolhouse during our stay

Cons:

Everything is extra charge: netflix, coffee pods....
The shampoo and conditioner in our room were empty we called them to fill them back up
You only have valet as an option you can't self
Park in an actual parking
The bed was very hard
