I had a great experience at The Smallville Hotel. I faced a small difficulty at the beginning of my stay, but the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable throughout.

Cons:

You have to pay for things that should be free at a 5 stars hotel! Exp.: Parking inside the property (10$), coffee capsules (3$/each), Netflix ( TV is not smart so you have to pay to watch netflix!! ), you will find “buy me” cards in the room for random stuff.
They market the place as high speed internet but it’s not, and when I called the reception they didn’t do anything about it ( 5mbps!! ).
The restaurant at the property has minimum charge (25$) which sounded a but cheap to me because anyway I will end up paying this amount but I didn’t like that the receptionist had to say it to me!
