Cons:

Das in verschiedenen Zimmer keine Gardine war. Man konnte die Verdunkelung benutzen. Morgens konnte man dem Wohnhaus gegenüber auf den Balkon schauen und umgekehrt alle anderen uns in das Zimmer sehen . Zum Frühstück fehlen in angemesser Höhe Tische und Stühle. Zum bequemen sitzen.

Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gering, die Plätze beim Frühstück waren sehr tief, um 16 Uhr war es zu früh für Cocktails an der Hotelbar und um 24 Uhr war es dann zu spät

Wir reisen öfter in Motelone Häuser und lieben das Konzept und Häuser die dieses auch leben.

Cons:

sehr lange Wartezeit in der Telefonschleife 25 min., Check Inn unvorbereitet und ohne Charme, keine, wenigstens gespielte Freundlichkeit, kein Angebot für Frühstück, Garage, Member also kein Wasser, nachdem ich der Mitarbeiterin meine Kritik mitteilte wurden wir am Abend an der Bar nicht bedient, erst auf Nachfrage und Vorkasse wurde uns ein Self-Service genehmigt, Wir waren vorher im MoteOne Hamburg. Dort erlebten wir das ganze positive Gegenteil, Rostock erlebten wir schon immer etwas ruppig und ohne Gastlichkeit, diesmal war es einfach Unterklasse!!! Das Highlight des Hauses ist der Haushandwerker der auch die Rezeption bedient und an diesen Tagen durch seine professionelle Kommunikation unser Ansprechpartner war. DANKESCHÖN
