Pros:

The staff was friendly and attending to the needs.
The access for boating was quite good and convenient.
The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was an issue with hot water and despite bringing that to their notice, action was taken only after complaining again the second day. The drainage of water was poor and the tap was broken ( i could still use it). After the housekeeping, coffee/ tea/ milk sachets were not refilled and had to be asked. Not much space to walk around.

Pros:

The Ramada is in a great location by the backwaters and the staff is incredibly helpful in helping to book tours.

Cons:

There were multiple roaches in our room- when we complained, we had to request a new room because the other solution was just to send housekeeping to see if there were roaches- bug spray was not an option. The hotel phone also did not work so we had to go down to reception ourselves. TBH would not stay here again as this experience really ruined the night for me :/

Location and staff is good but doesn't meet 5 star property standards..
Pros:

The staff were decent, but I feel they could benefit from additional training to better meet five-star standards. However, the package they offered—which included a one-hour cruise, half-day sightseeing, and a motorboat ride—was quite good. The staff handling these activities were also well-versed and managed everything efficiently.

Cons:

Room privacy: About an hour after check-in, while we were resting in the afternoon, a staff member opened the door and walked in with another guest to show them the room, not realizing it was occupied. Although he apologized, this could have been handled more carefully from the doorway.

AC issues: The AC was very noisy and disturbed our sleep. On the second night, it also stopped cooling around midnight, and we had to call the staff to fix it.

Common areas: The corridors, common areas of the floors, and lift were very warm, with no fan or AC.

Room smell: There was a noticeable smell in the room, possibly due to its proximity to the water body. This could be looked into and improved.

* Spa experience: The spa centre was available on the premises, but the spa area - washrooms, and steam room did not appear very hygienic. So, we skipped the Ayurvedic massage, which I was most interested in, and opted for a head massage instead. Unfortunately, the seating, wasn’t suitable for a head massage, making it difficult for the therapist to work properly. The experience was more painful than relaxing and did not feel worth the money.

Pros:

The staff are not good, they blame Clint for a small thing misplaced at property. If a person paying high rrent for three days and syining etc. then how could be it's possible person can thapet 1000 items. I don't belive and it is my first experience in life

Cons:

The behaviour when I reached home they said you thapet our weight machine. Radiculas.
