Pros:

Ожидание не оправдали реальность. Отель твёрдые 3,5 , максимум 4 звезды. Номера уже чуть-чуть потертые, ресторан наверху очень красивый, но еда вызывает вопросы. В целом ок, но я бы не
порекомендовала

Pros:

Un hotel très confortable, à quelques minutes du bosphore et à quelques minutes à pied de Taksim.
Très bon petit déjeuner avec une vue magnifique sur le bosphore.

Cons:

A l'arrivée, l'accès en voiture était fermé par la police et l'hôtel a refusé de nous envoyer de l'aide, pour porter nos valises sur la pente, c'était très éprouvant, le service bagagiste est à revoir.

Расположение в 2х шагах от Долмабахче, пристани, стадиона (приехали на концерт на этом стадионе, поэтому расположение было идеальным). Номер очень большой, в нем есть все необходимое. Удобный матрас, тихий кондиционер, есть чайник, утюг, убирали хорошо. Для пары дней неплохой вариант.

Cons:

В 16:30 наш номер еще не был готов для заселения:( Оплату взяли сразу, чек не выдали. За необходимость ожидания обещали угостить чаем - не угостили. В ресторане на первом этаже, где срочно нужно было перекусить, очень долго несли еду. Вино местное, невкусное. В номере не открываются окна, даже при работающем кондиционере очень душно. Душ странной конструкции - нет шторки в ванной, чтобы принять душ в ней, но есть вариант душа со сливом в полу. Неудобно. Все косметические средства - в диспенсерах. Половина выключателей ламп не работает. Для кофемашины оставили на двоих всего 2 капсулы, причем одна из них - декаф:( Комната для завтрака очень тесная, вероятность сесть с видом на Босфор невелика. Горячее и кофе нужно заказывать отдельно (т.е. быстро поесть не получится). Над шведским столом летали мухи. Кофе на удивление невкусный и холодный. Качество еды - на слабую тройку. В целом персонал не особо стремится помочь, хотя и улыбается, сервис не очень.

Pros:

The location was very good, central, but still away from the very noisy and busy parts, with great views to Bosphorus. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options and local flavors.
