The hotel was the ideal choice for our stop-over night in Venice.
Pros:

The location was brilliant for train travellers - a short, flat walk from the station. So close to everything but still quiet.There was a small lift in the hotel and our room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was a fresh and varied buffet. Excellent value for money!

Pros:

Locatie. Airco deed het goed. Centraal gelegen maar wel heel rustig.

Cons:

Matrassen waren heel oud en heel slecht. Douche had slechts een klein straaltje water. Versleten vloerbedekking, karig ontbijt. Time for a big renovation!

Hotel profitiert vorwiegend von guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal - Nähe zu Bahnhof, zum Canale Grande
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag gratis im Hotel lassen

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt, es gab nur dünnes Leintuch, konnten mit Klimaanlage nicht heizen und man hörte die Stromleitungen.
Frühstück ist sehr einfach, es gab nur Toastbrot und Croissants - keine Semmeln oder Vollkornweckerl, kein Gemüse wie Gurken oder Tomaten.
Das Frühstücksgeschirr wurde händisch abgewaschen, es gab keinen Geschirrspüler - HYGIENE!!!!

Ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia, sia se arrivi prima che se parti dopo il check-in. anche considerando la posizione dietro alla stazione. Le camere sono molto piccole, ma siamo a Venezia.... l'arredo basico.

La posizione è perfetta.

Cons:

L'hotel è datato, la mia stanza a parte il bagno, davvero vecchia, materassi di bassa qualità. Mobilio nei corridoi, sedute delle aree comuni da pulire e igienizzare.Da un tre stelle non me lo aspetto.

Emplacement près de la gare : parfait!
Personnel de la réception agréable.
Linge de toilette de qualité
Chambre climatisée.

Cons:

Dans la salle d eau: Odeur d’égoût signalée , un peu mieux après mais toujours présente.
Pomeau de douche ne tenait pas.
Petit déjeuner ,qualité moyenne, industrielle et surtout très bruyant avec le personnel qui fait la vaisselle dans la même pièce .

Ήταν πολυ καλα και με πρωινό. Πιστεύω ότι σε αυτο θα ξαναπάω εαν μπορέσω.

Ιδανική. Δίπλα απο τον σταθμό. Πήγαμε με τις βαλίτσες με τα πόδια.. Το κέντρο πολυ κοντά.

Λίγο συντήρηση τα παράθυρα. Λίγο μικρό μπάνιο.
