Está cerca de la estación de Santa Lucía, en centro pilla retirado pero hay opciones para llegar El desayuno es básico pero está bien.

El primer día llegamos sobre las 20h a hacer el check in y nos dieron una habitación horrible en la planta baja, con un olor a humedad horroroso y 2 camastros.A la mañana siguiente nos quejamos porque la habitación era de hostal de mala muerte con un armario desvencijado, ventanas que no cerraban, es decir, decepcionante. Yo me quedé chafada porque suelo acertar al elegir hotel....
A la mañana siguiente nos quejamos y nos dieron una habitación en condiciones: luminosa, espaciosa, sin olor, con mobiliario en condiciones y ya nuestra estancia mejoró sustancialmente.

La ubicación, al lado de la estación de Santa Luzia y de la parada del Vaporetto de Ferrovia, es espectacular. El personal de la recepción, un encanto. Tuvimos una habitación con balcón y vistas a la calle, que nos permitía sentarnos un rato y ver la gente pasar, y con aire acondicionado, genial. El desayuno, si vas en los primeros turnos, está muy bien: croissants calentitos, bizcocho, tortitas, yogures, café... Todo muy bueno! Ah, y con ascensor, lento, pero ascensor. En conjunto, muy, muy recomendable.

La estética del hotel, alfombras viejas con feo olor. La habitación tenía un aire muy viejo, funcionaba pero no de la mejor manera. Debajo de la cama había una tapa de cloacas, salía olor a cloacas x la noche.

A vonat pályaudvar mellett, egy csendes utcában, a személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A légkondi és a tisztaság remek volt, A reggeli croissant még meleg volt, a csomagokat pedig ott hagyhattuk délutánig.

Kicsit kopottas a berendezés, az ágyak egyszemélyesek összetolva.

Perfetta per un breve soggiorno

Ottima posizione, l'hotel dista 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e dalla fermata dei vaporetti. La colazione è varia: viene proposto sia dolce che e salato. Le camere e gli ambienti esterni sono pulitissimi. Lo staff gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualunque esigenza . Viene offerto anche un servizio di deposito bagagli

L'insonorizzazione: vicino a noi alloggiava una famiglia con un bambino piccolo che ha pianto gran parte della notte.

La posizione vicinissimo alla stazione santa lucia. La gentilezza dello staff. La colazione era buona. In camera c'era un comodo tavolino

La camera con arredo molto spartano e vetusto. In bagno, una lampadina dello specchio era rotta e dava un senso di trascuratezza. Nel fare la doccia, il piatto doccia si è allagato forse per un problema allo allo scarico e quindi si è allagato il bagno. La TV non funzionava, non sintonizzava alcun canale

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien situé et proche de la gare.
Pros:

Excellent séjour ! Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare de Venise-Santa Lucia. Chambre propre et confortable, personnel très agréable. Le prix était très raisonnable, petit-déjeuner en buffet inclus. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Rien de particulier, tout s’est bien passé.
