The front desk were very nice.

Cons:

The air conditioner in one of the rooms wasn’t cooling enough and the A/C control panel had no label on it to tell you which way is on or off, cool or heat and when asked the front desk person he didn’t know either because it wasn’t label so that was no used. The older lighter skin lady was very rude in the kitchen where they offer breakfast. Giving us attitude because we asked for a towel to clean the mess that another person spilled coffee everywhere and got hot coffee on my sister n law.
To top it off beds were very uncomfortable because they’re all roll away beds.

Excellent A/C on all the time. Location one street from train station very convenient, good breakfast W espresso/ latte/ cappuccino/ tea, juice, croissants, bread/ toast w jam Nutella and cheese cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal: everything you need for a great start of the day! Has shampoo/ soap.

Konumu. Kahvaltısı. Erken girebilmeyi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı salonunun küçük olmasından dolayı her odaya 07.00 ile 10.00 arasında 30 dakikalık kahvaltı yapma süresi tanınıyor. Bu saat dilimi için önceki günden planlama yapman gerekiyor. Geç kalmamalısin.

Hotel cerca de la estación central
Pros:

La gente que trabaja en recepción es muy amable, son lo mejor del hotel. La ubicación está junto a la estación de tren principal. Esto es muy útil para dejar las maletas al llegar y también para la salida dirección la tren o estacion de bus. También para comenzar a recorrer la isla desde un punto de partida que no tiene pérdida para volver.

Cons:

El hotel es muy básico en general, la ducha no se sostenía, se le cayó en el pie a mi mujer, la lampara de la habitación no tenía bombilla, solo funcionaba la del techo. En general es muy cutre, aunque el hecho de estar en Venecia hace que estos detalles se pasen por alto.
