Had a lovely comfortable overnight stay. Dinner at the downstairs restaurant was quality.

It felt different to when I normally stay here. I'd never been on that side of the hotel before.
Pros:

Check in was fine the young man that met us was very helpful.

Cons:

The room was different to the other rooms we have booked here in the past. The bed was hard and there was a leak coming from the handbasin pipe. I wanted to report this to the reception, but this was closed when we left at 9am. Also, the elevator wasn't working but this wasn't a major as we normally walk our luggage up to the room.

Very enjoyable. Would stay again no problem.
Pros:

It was a tidy comfortable place to stay. Easy to find. Liked that there was food and other amenities close. Liked the Historic Hotel next door for drinks and food.

The service and the upgraded room exceeded my expectations although the Staff are always so nice. The upgraded room was brilliant. My partners has bad knees so a large groundfloor room was magic. We will request room 26 when we book next

Cons:

I dont like the tiny pods of milk and there wasnt enough coffee sachets.

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

A very quaint stylish hotel. I loved the clean family atmosphere restaurant - and not far from other amenities.
Very reasonable priced, parking and so warm. Thank you. I will come back again.
