total mangel på rengøring på værelset
ingen var forbi og rede seng/fjerne kopper mv - vi måtte selv bede om håndklæder og der var der tetfærfigvis rn ung hjælpsom mand i receptionen
fravær af service i morgenmadsrestauranten der havde karakter af en hovedbanegård

Komfortables Cityhotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, genug Platz im Zimmer und man kam zu Fuß überall hin. Zu empfehlen ist der Street Food Markt um die Ecke. Die kostenlosen Tee- und Kaffeestationen waren echt klasse. Frühstück war lecker und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Fahrstühle kamen schnell auf Anforderung … Gut organisiert bei einem so großen Hotel.

Cons:

Man konnte keine Fenster öffnen … mit 3 Personen war es nachts schon ganz schön warm und Sauerstoff hat gefehlt trotz Klimaanlage

Udsigt og morgenmad i top 10
Pros:

Boede på 9. Etage med udsigt over hele Aarhus - virkelig betagende. Fremragende morgenmadsbuffet. Og gode drinks i baren.
