A lovely hotel in a beautiful City
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very friendly and helpful - gave a lot of local tips and advice regarding staying in Lucca.
The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping was provided every morning. The air con worked well, as did the hotel wifi. The breakfast was more than adequate -a typical Italian style breakfast and the owner kindly made eggs for my husband as well. The hotel is located about 10 minutes stroll from the main entrance to the old town - which is beautiful. It is about a 30 minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

This is not really a criticism as we loved the hotel but it would have been nice to have been able to order snacks during the day and in the early evening.

Personale molto disponibile per soddisfare le nostre necessità; ambiente informale ma ordinato e pulito. Comoda ubicazione appena fuori dalle mura che permette raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti.

Pulizia camera, possibilità di parcheggio in loco, disponibilità del personale, facilmente raggiungibile.

Cons:

Si sentivano i rumori dalla strada, ma fortunatamente la zona non è molto trafficata.
Dotazione bagno minimale (aggiungerei almeno un sapone per le mani).

È la prima volta che vado in un albergo e non trovo neanche un piccolo armadio ma solo un appendiabiti. D’altronde la stanza era piccolissima non ci sarebbe entrato!

Tutto ok. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

La struttura é confortevole, forse la camera potrebbe essere un po’ rimodernata.

Cons:

Avrei gradito un paio di saponette / bagnodoccia. C’erano solo bustine di shampoo.
