Guests are kindly requested to book the spa treatments in advance.

Please note that the property consists of 4 buildings and some areas might be located in a different building.

Pets are allowed only after prior confirmation by the property and only in Standard room type.

Please note that for a small dog there is an extra charge of PLN 50 per night, while for a large dog (over 12 in) there is an extra charge of PLN 70 per night. The pet fee for a cat or other small pets is of PLN 50 per night.

Please note that bathrobes can be provided upon request and at an additional cost of PLN 20.

If a VAT invoice is required, please submit all details for issue with the taxpayer number. In case of incomplete data a personal bill will be issued without further option for a VAT invoice.

The hotel reserves the right to verify the age of the child upon check-in.

Nietuzinkowy wypoczynek
Pros:

Weekend z żoną (rocznica ślubu) przyjechaliśmy bez dzieci. Obiekt wybrałem przez nietuzinkową historię fabryki bawełny. Pokój w Willi na 1 piętrze (11) obszerny z klimatyzacją, czysty i bardzo cichy (narożnik budynku) odpoczęliśmy w nim. Telewizor z kanałami naziemnymi ale bez funkcji smart (tylko YT), internet wifi dość szybki. W pokoju czajnik, kawa, herbata i woda w butalkach. Hotel spełnił moją prośbę o przypisaniu pokoju na 1 piętrze Willi (pokoje były jeszcze na poddaszu) z czego jestem bardzo zadowolony :) Teren zielony, zadbany i czysty, jesteśmy pod wrażeniem. Restauracja (mieliśmy wykupione śniadania i obiadokolacje) serwowała bardzo smaczne potrawy w postaci stołu szwedzkiego. Niczego nie brakowało, puste miejsca od razu zostały uzupełniane. Club Jazzowy z piątkowymi i sobotnimi koncertami na żywo urozmaicały nam wieczory jak rownież pyszne koktajle i jedzenie. Obsługa całego obiektu na wysokim poziomie, miła i pomocna. Żona skorzystała z zabiegu w Spa i była zachwycona obsługą i zabiegiem. Strefa wellness w tym basen były codziennie odwiedzane. Opaski do szafek rozdawane przy recepcji, w przebieralniach czysto i na basenie również. Woda w basenie ciepła i bez zapachu chloru. Czynne 2 sauny parowa i sucha. Jacuzzi zewnętrzne dość spore (na ok.8 osób) z gorącą wodą, czyste i również bez zapachu chloru. W godzinach porannych prawie osób nie było i cały basen + jacuzzi nasze. Popołudniem i wieczorem sporo osób ale źle nie było. Parking bezpłatny i dość spory, nie było problemów z miejscem. W sobotę wieczorem przy restauracji zostało rozpalone ognisko. Za budynkiem restauracji płynie Czarny Potok z "szumiącą wodą" - klimatycznie. Cały obiekt na peryferiach Świeradowa-Zdrój przez co miejski zgiełk nas nie dotyczył. To były tylko 3 dni ale w pełni udane. Polecam i jak będzie możliwość to wrócimy.

Cons:

Dosłownie "pierdoły" które nie miały większego wpływu na moją ocenę: 1. Naderwana zasłonka w oknie w łazience. 2. Głośna grupa motocyklowa (~20 osób) która bardzo głośno rozmawiała (darli się) w restauracji, ale to kwestia ich marnej kultury osobistej oraz jak przyjeżdżali poźnym wieczorem na parking to musieli przegazowywać chyba żeby sobie coś udowodnić. 3. W jacuzzi również kilka osób (nie umytych i nie przebranych w stroje) wchodzący do wody. 4. W basenie nie działająca jedna funkcja (bąbelki) w siedzisku w wodzie. 5. Nieczynna sauna IR. 6. W restauracji na obiadokolacji brakowało dostępu do ekspresów do kawy (tylko herbata).
