Просто офігенно
Pros:

Я хочу подякувати щиро персоналу готелю, особливо адміністраторам. На жаль, не запамʼятала імен, але прекрасна трійка : максимально ввічливі і уважні темноволоса та світла дівчата і хлопець. Також окремий комплімент ресторану-партнеру цього готелю. Страви, особливо десерт - просто розкіш. А за свій персонал власники мають триматис всіма руками і ногами - розкішне обслуговування. Також дуже чисті і просторі номери. Вид із балкону на сад - прекрасний. Відпочивала із подругою і тепер будемо залишатися тільки тут. Із любовʼю до цього готелю

Pros:

Especially personel was awesome. They were very kind and helpful, even though I don't know Ukranian we manage to communicate. And location is so central and close to major places to see.

Супер варіант для розміщення в Одесі
Pros:

Дуже затишний готель має ідеальне розташування: пішки можна обійти весь центр, а також приємно прогулятися до моря. Нас із подругою зустріли на рецепції, розповіли, як дістатися до укриття за потреби (це -1 перший поверх готелю), де розташований наш номер, як телефонувати на рецепцію.
Номер світлий, містка шафа для речей та валіз, сейф, мінібар, кондиціонер, письмовий стіл, великі дзеркала, чистий санвузол, в наявності необхідні косметичні засоби. Телевізор працює, вмикали музику з ютуба вранці, коли збирались. До слова, окрема подяка, що під час бронюання запитали, чи потрібен балкон в номері, нам дуже сподобалось проводити там вечори, вечеряти, споглядати захід сонця і жвавий рух вулицею :)
На моє прохання доставили в номер праску і прасувальну дошку. Щодня доставляли водичку.
Після виселення нам подарували невеликі записнички, це було несподівано і дуже приємно.
До речі, готель пет-френдлі! Чомусь при бронюванні я пропустив цей момент, тож тепер маю намір повернутися зі своєю собакою, показати їй прекрасну Одесу.

Cons:

Було би просто неймовірно, якби десь поряд з рецепцією валялась одна штучка пантенолу, про всяк випадок :)))

Дуже класне співвідношення ціни та якості, обовʼязково зупинюсь знову
Pros:

БАЛКОН БАЛКОН і ще раз БАЛКОН!!!!)) Це звісно основна фішка цього готелю) А так то співвідношення ціни та якості чудове. Персонал привітний, чисто, місце розташування класне. В пішій доступності купа музеїв ресторанів і тд.

Cons:

Єдине що мене трошки здивувало це планування номера) коло ліжка ні одної розетки і душ маленький. Але загалом все чудово.

Great Hotel in an Excellent Location – Happy to Return After 9 Years!

I stayed at this hotel again after nine years, and I was pleased to see that it is still a great place to stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The following is not a criticism, just a small suggestion: it would be nice if a glass of plain drinking water were included with breakfast. It is only a minor detail, but it would make the experience even better.

Справжня перлина біля моря!
Pros:

Сніданок чудовий, вишукана атмосфера ресторану, гарне сервирування, смачна їжа. Готель перевершив всі очікування, команда готелю була дружня і доброзичлива.

Pros:

Адміністрація супер, спілкування,вирішення проблем,відношення до клієнтів

Cons:

Номер,що виходив на Ланжеронівську дуже шумний,постійне користування кондиціонером,і це ще не спека.
З вентиляцією є проблеми.
Самі стіни та підлога та штори не свіжі,там потрібен миючий пилосос,та самі штори впитали багато запахів.
Свіжість та вентиляція та постійний шум з вулиці.
З плюсів-ідеально чисті ванна ,туалет,рушники та постільна білизна, респект покоївкам.
Персоналу респект.
