El servicio, la ubicación y el desayuno espectactular. La realidad es que nos trataron muy bien y en general hubo un excelente servicio. Queda a unos pasos de la catedral, es seguro y con todo cerca.
La cama no es lo más cómodo, es dura para el tipo de camas que me gustan, adicional a que la ventana de la habitación da al patio central donde sirven desayunos, uno no la puede abrir por privacidad y eso no ayuda a la ventilación de la habitación y además, desde las 7am hay ruido de la gente que está desayuno, no hay ningún bloqueo de sonido, se escuchan fuertísimo todas las conversaciones y aparte pegado a la ventana tienen una bocina donde ponen música para la gente que justo está desayunando. No hay cortinas black out. En resumen, no hay manera de que te despiertes tarde a la hora que quieras, porque el ruido la luz te despertarán desde temprano.

No funcionaba la TV.
La encargada o gte no tiene tacto para responder y se llega a escuchar un poco grosera ( sin serlo )

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back.
The only thing that was unpleasant were the spider webs on the sky window. Other than that everything else was clean and cozy.
Location was good. Only a 10 minute walk to the Zocalo/Square. Room was very quiet! Free underground secure parking. Good free breakfast on a nice open air patio. Nice decorations
