Sanctuary feel. Felt relaxed before even checking in.

Pros:

スタッフが、とても親切。あいさつも気持ちがいいです!朝食、とても美味しい。種類も多く、九州の特産、野菜もしっかり食べることができました。ロケーションも最高。部屋がシングルだったのですが、ツインにグレードアップしてくれました。へやも清潔でした。又来たいと思わせてくれる、素晴らしいホテルでした。

迷路のようでした。レストランにいくエレベーターを分かりやすく表示してあると、良いと思います。

不太適合第一次到鹿兒島玩的旅客，但是單就飯店整體而言還是可以接受的
Pros:

自成一格的飯店設計很有特色，早餐種類很多。房間空間不小，乾淨舒服。SPA挺不錯的，能直接遠眺櫻島很特別。

Cons:

房間觀賞櫻島的窗戶很小間（分成兩扇），覺得錢花得不太值得。然後雖然有接駁車，但動輒半小時車程對於旅途安排還是有影響。而且飯店本身設施不是很豐富，又同時會租借給很多其他活動（在當地應該是一個很有份量的活動場所），導致規劃的設施不是很多，像健身房以一個很奇怪的方式經營，遊客想簡單去運動不是很方便。

Legendary hotel with amazing views and facilities
Pros:

A legendary hotel with incredible views of Sakurajima volcano, located in an area both rich with history and beautiful, albeit a little remote. If you don’t have a car, the hotel offers really helpful shuttle buses to/from the hotel and 3 key points in the city, which makes it a lot more enticing.
The bath is absolutely gorgeous, with views to the volcano, and the facilities are incredible and expansive, there’s even a Family Mart within the hotel.

Cons:

The bus shuttle can be a bit of a drag if you miss the schedule, and the Kahoshimachuo pickup location was hard to find at first and wasn’t really explained well to us. You also have to consider that every time you want to do something in the actual city, it will take these 20 to 30 minutes to get there, but I am nitpicking.

高齢者と一緒の利用は困難だと思いました。
Pros:

温泉のお湯の温度が最適でした。

Cons:

エレベーターの乗り換えが不便。
客室から大浴場に行く際にエレベーターの乗り換えや、1階の食事会場へ行く際など
高齢者を連れての宿泊には向かないと思いました。
