Everything is perfect
Pros:

Very professional and welcoming staff. The free shuttle service to the parking lot and downtown area is superb and incredibly convenient.
Having a convenience store, shops, and multiple restaurants within the hotel makes everything so easy. Our room with a view of Sakurajima was unforgettable. The spa is spacious, relaxing, and offers a top-notch view.

Cons:

The restaurants can be on the pricey side.

場所が駅から遠く小山の上。
送迎バスがあるが、初めて鹿児島を訪れたものにとっては、場所の説明が分かりづらかった。

Pros:

とにかくスタッフが素晴らしい。どこの部署の人もお客様に対するホスピタリティがあり居心地がよい。
温泉からの景色も、泉質も柔らかくて素晴らしい。
食事のクオリティも最高。

Cons:

シングルに宿泊しましたが、狭すぎるし、窓も小さくて息が詰まるので、ほとんど部屋にいなかった。
バーも遅くまではやってないので早く寝ました。
これならもっとお安く天文館付近の宿に泊まるべきでした。
一人旅には不向きかもしれない。

朝食がたいへん美味しく、スタッフの方も皆さん気遣いが素晴らしく、とても丁寧、親切に対応してくださいました。

Cons:

ホテルまでの道が狭くてカーブも多く、車で出入りするのは少し大変でした。
