Pros:

Most of the staff with whom I interacted were kind, courteous and respectful. The facilities are beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. When I requested an extra pillow, they offered firm or soft. Within a few minutes, a friendly staff membered delivered not one, but two to my room. The view from the public bath is extraordinary. The sweet sound of the crickets was so relaxing. It was great to start and end my day with that view. There's also a lovely patio with a view.

Cons:

The light switches next to the head of the bed are very bright. I brought an eye mask but it wasn't enough. I had to place something in front of the switches.

I checked in around 3:30pm on Sunday and had to wait in a long line. It took about 25 minutes.

On both the day of my arrival and departure, the parking garage kiosk said "Temporarily out of service. No payment necessary at this time," so I assumed I wouldn't have to pay for parking. But then when I checked out, I was told that I had to pay for parking. I mentioned the message I read on the kiosk, but they still made me pay. This lack of consistency and transparency was frustrating. Perhaps the Japanese written on the sign explained the situation more clearly. But foreign guests rely on English signage, so when your sign says one thing and then I experience something else, I feel less "welcome" at the hotel.

Also, usually all fees are included in the Booking.com prepayment when I prepay on this site, but upon checkout I was also charged a "Bath tax". The bath tax was small, much smaller than the parking fee, but I couldn't help but feel inconvenienced, and like I was being nickled and dimed. FYI - the fitness gym also requires an extra fee.

Pros:

Great view. Excellent staff.shuttle continent.

Cons:

I wish we can take shuttle between bus stops too. I understand there are some who might take advantage w/o staying. I wish you can make some system.

대욕장이 압권! 사쿠라지마의 view가 있는 아침식사가 기억에 남고, 호텔 내에 있는 덴푸라식당도 좋았음.

Cons:

호텔내 식당의 격이 높고 좋았으나 이태리 식당은 상대적으로 부족했음.

Riesiges gut gepflegtes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück und Shuttle ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas klein und als Alleinreisender bekommt man kein Zimmer mit Ausblick. Fürs gym muss man extra zahlen. Die Lage ist zwar schön, aber auch sehr abgelegen und zu Fuß schwierig zu erreichen.

最高でした！
Pros:

妊娠中で睡眠が不安でしたが、長細いクッションがあったりので、快適に睡眠をとることができました。誕生日のお祝いギフトが置いてあったりと心温まるおもてなしでした。送迎バスも丁寧なご案内で、すごく気持ちが良かったです。お風呂も随時掃除されていて清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。何より朝食ブッフェは今までで1番おいしくて、楽しかったです。

Cons:

良くなかったわけではないですが、お部屋の冷蔵庫があまり温度がMAXにしていても低くなく、ぬるくなりやすかった感じがありました。（しろくまのアイスを買っていたので、食べる時には溶けてしまった）

雨天、曇りの為、桜島の絶景は見れませんでした。残念だったのは駐車場で他の客に車の当て逃げをされたことですが、ホテルの責任ではありません。

Pros:

Onsen, sauna and cold plunge was amazing, we had a R&R stage of our holiday here and we had 2x Onsens a day.

We didn't manage to get into all the restaurants due to bookings, but did try the Spanish and Japanese (and filled in with snacks from the Lawson in the lower foyer, all was great. the views and atmosphere from the Spanish restaurant were special, the view to the Japanese garden out the windows in the Japanese restaurant at night was nice too.

The bus to town and the bus station (airport transfer) is really good too, constantly running, on time and comfortable.
