Pros:

De medewerk(-st)ers en het eten

Cons:

Het enige wat jammer was, maar onvermijdelijk was de klapdeur net buiten de kamer. Die bleef een beetje hangen denk ik, waardoor het binnen als een harde klap klonk als er iemand doorheen liep.

Nice hotel in the centre of town
Pros:

Location was excellent for the work I was doing close by.

Comfy room, nice staff and a fabulous food at the adjoining restaurant.

Wouldn't recommend for an older couple due to stairs
Pros:

Breakfast was very limited seeing we advised of being gluten and lactose free. Parking was OK

Cons:

Reception weren't interested in supporting us. Hand basin in room was cracked, as were some floor tiles in bathroom.

Convenient for the ferry, ok for overnight stay
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. Public rooms were comfortable and welcoming. Beer good and staff friendly.

Our room was very small and the bathroom tiny.

The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic and the views were outstanding.

Cons:

For the price (over £400 for one night), you expect a high-end experience. Simple hospitality was omitted. For example; no coffee machine in the room, there were sachets of instant instead. Breakfast was also not included. No biscuits or little 'welcome' tokens for guests.

Collectively, I found this unjustifiable for the price. This isn't luxury, it's just expensive.

Underwhelming
Pros:

Location for ferry to Skye

Cons:

In need of an upgrade, furniture and beds very poor quality. Bed was awful.
Decor, carpets and lounge furniture badly needing replaced.. was there 8 yrs ago but I wouldn’t stay again if nothing attended too. Staff were courteous and food delicious.

Always have a lovely relaxing time when we stay here
Pros:

Room was warm, clean and had great view of the islands.
The bar was great and there were plenty of board games to play.

Cons:

Shower door was creaking extremely loudly and could do with some WD40.

Quaint hotel close to the station, shops and ferry.
Pros:

Quaint hotel with decor from the 1950s. Fabulous views from the dining room and deck. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Located close to the station, ferry and shops. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

After walking up the hill from the station towing suitcases we the had to negotiate quite a few stairs to get to reception. However, we later learned that there was stair free access further along the road. It would have been helpful to have had this information before we arrived.

LO MEJOR SIN DUDAS.
Pros:

Todo. Ubicación. La vista. Las comodidades. Cenamos en el hotel. Todo riquísimo. Las camareras súper atentas y la atención de BOB que a a pesar de la cocina había cerrado pudo ayudarnos con los postres. MÁS QUE RECOMENDADO. HERMOSA CIUDAD Y EL MEJOR HOTEL.
