Pros:

The towels on checkin to room were wet,
No tissues in the tissue box
Refrigerator not turnt on and cold
Did not notice charging facilities for mobile phone in room
No hair dryer

Pros:

Up until the 4th day of our stay, it was fantastic. Then my hugo boss tracksuit was damaged. Bleach sprays. I only took it out of the original parcel to wash it and freshen it up to wear on the flight to the Philippines. Once I spotted it, the cleaning lady accused me of wearing the damaged garment myself. Come on. As if I'd do that. I had already booked an extra 4 nights 11th September to 15th September. Because of the damaged garment, they forced me to cancel the booking and pay for 3 nights with 4th night free due to the damaged garment. I was not happy with this but felt forced. Then when I went to cancel the whole trip I was refused a refund and on top of that my tracksuit cost over £100 & insulted me by saying the free night was £40. Big difference. So I would like a full refund and the cost of my tracksuit.

Cons:

After ordering food using room service, the following morning there were hundreds of ants on the desk in the room.

Minor issue. Solution offered.

Staff are always nice and very accommodating.

Cons:

I had to change rooms this time round as first room had a bad smell coming from toilet and air conditioning wasn't functioning as normal. But they have resolved it by moving me to new room which was nice and all worked out.

I didn’t like where my room was located. My window view was the AC machines and couldn’t see anything else besides that. She could’ve informed me first id rather not have a window if she was going to be assigning me that room
