Renovate the room and make it modern to.make.it worth for.money collected
Pros:

What I did like the most is the support of reception,operations and hospitality team. They were really attentive,proactive and action oriented. They were very kind and quick in attending and resolving the issues addressed to them during my stay with my family. Nikhil at the reception was very professional and kind in attending our requirements and made our stay comfortable. When it comes to other things at this facility,it was not true reflection of what shown in the website as 4 star hotel and that too as Mariott Brand! Overall facility doesnt qualify as 4 star hotel due to room size,amenities in the room,cleanliness. Rate paid was not worth for this level of servuve. Location was calm and ideal. Welcome staff were really good and customer focused at the entrance.

Cons:

As mentioned above. Room quality,amenities, bed size, layout of the room is too outdated not meant for family stay..really not of 4 star level

Amazing staff and great location! Totally worth it.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with plenty amenities. Honestly, the best part of my stay was the staff. Literally everyone I interacted with was super helpful and made me feel incredibly welcome from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Nandini, Prakash, and Jasna. They were absolutely exceptional and really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back!

Cons:

It's a bit of a trek from the airport, especially with BLR traffic. But honestly, the hotel is so good that it makes the drive completely worth it.

I couldn't get the ambience there
It was a normal room and I think a room meant for single stay was given for couples.

Well maintained,hygenic and clean

Cons:

Lacking some inhouse facilities within the room.For eg,mini refrigerator,complimentary soft drinks or somethings which would have been handy.Just felt like rest other normal hotel worth pating 2.5 to 3k.Not worth the money
