Solicitei no restaurante o agendamento do serviço de café da manhã no quarto como presente de aniversário e me disseram que só consigo fazer isso no dia do café, ligando para o restaurante. Não consegui fazer a surpresa para o meu noivo e tive que comprar um ifood.
Pedi para negarem o recebimento de uma encomenda que comprei no mercado livre (presente do casamento que me levou até Goiânia), uma vez que atrasaram a entrega. Além de receberem a encomenda SEM MINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO, ficaram de me dar retorno e tive que ligar várias vezes pra tentar entender quem recebeu. Simplesmente não se prontificaram em resolver o problema e estão com uma encomenda que é minha.
Atendimento engessado, não oferecem soluções, café da manhã com mesas sujas e bagunçadas.

A localização é excelente, o hotel fica perto de vários restaurantes, cafés e um supermercado bem conveniente. As instalações são limpas e arrumadas. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã com boa variedade.

Cons:

Wi-fi é bastante instável e ficava caindo toda hora. O serviço de arrumação do quarto podia ser melhor também.

Cons:

Instalações muito antigas, tiveram que trocar a gente de quarto pois a cama tinha um buraco no colchão que foi desconfortável pra dormir. Hotel estava muito cheio, cafe da manha um.caos e razoável as opções.

Pros:

A localização é ótima! Próximo a feira da lua, feiro do sol, próxima a avenida Ricardo Paranhos. O hotel é antigo mas tem uma boa estrutura, os quartos são grandes e camas confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito bom, tem salada de fruta, frios, pão de queijo, cuzcus.
