Atendeu ao propósito. Eu precisava de um lugar confortável e bem localizado.
Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso, a cama muito confortável, o banheiro com ótima estrutura, o chuveiro excelente, estacionamento sempre tinha vagas disponíveis. A localização é excelente, o hotel estava a praticamente 10 minutos de qualquer coisa que eu queria ir. O bairro é limpo, organizado e me parece seguro.

Cons:

Elevadores muito velhos e barulhentos, parecem bastante inseguros e o café da manhã é muito ruim, tem poucas opções e o que tem de bolo parece bem industrializado.

Precisa de melhoria nas acomodações

Minha experiência com o atendimento foi excelente. Dou nota 10 para todos os funcionários e colaboradores, que foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Alguns pontos das dependências deixaram a desejar.

No primeiro quarto em que fiquei, tive problemas com o chuveiro, que alternava entre água muito quente e água gelada. Para lavar o cabelo, por exemplo, cheguei a levar cerca de uma hora por conta disso. Solicitei a troca de quarto e, no novo quarto, o problema com a temperatura era menor, mas ainda acontecia. Além disso, o chuveiro não tinha um fluxo de água contínuo e espalhava água para todos os lados, o que dificultava bastante o banho.

Outro ponto foi o ar-condicionado. A condensadora fica instalada dentro do quarto, mesmo que de forma escondida, e o barulho acaba incomodando bastante, principalmente durante a noite.

Também senti que o blackout poderia ser melhor instalado. Como não fica totalmente rente à janela, entra bastante claridade no quarto pela manhã.

O hotel é bonito, o atendimento é muito agradável e o fato de ter estacionamento é um ponto positivo. O café da manhã é normal, sem grandes diferenciais.

No geral, gostei da estadia, mas considerando o valor da diária, esperava uma estrutura mais bem resolvida e achei o preço alto pelo que foi entregue.

Café da manhã muito simples, poderia melhorar. Quanto ao estacionamento, só lá fomos informado que dependendo do horário que chegássemos a noite, quando saímos, poderia não ter vaga. O número de vagas é insuficiente
