Excellent location, aim for higher-rated rooms, expect very little on services and quality

Location, Nature, architecture of property, proximity to beaches and running trails

Cons:

The room was not refurbished, so looked rather old. Moreover, the state of the room was un-attended. Some wall fixtures were broken, some lamps were burned, shower head was full of scale. The size of our roomes were small, and there was a big stand-alone closet furniture which made things even more tight. It would be better to incorporate a permanent closet construction to give more space at the room's entrance. Spa is limited to amenities only - no services like massage - treatments - elixirs etc (if you fancy these things). Breakfast has very limited options and the three items on order a la carte are weirdply prepared. Dinner is over-tried and the menu has no empfasis on simple dishes.

Veldig herskapelig og stilfullt godt bevart Hotell og velstelte flotte ute områder like ved sjøen. Fantastisk beliggenhet . Kunne leie sykler ved hotellet . Flott restaurant. Gode senger og greie rom .

Mycket bra spa och bra läge. Nära till mycket. Vill även säga att frukosten var riktigt bra.

Sehr schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Trotz großem Hotel sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht sehr vielfältig aber qualitativ hochwertig. Sehr schön zwischen Varberg Zentrum und Appelviken gelegen, man kann sehr schön an der Promenade entlanglaufen. Äußerst freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Fürs Frühstück hat uns das Hotel einen Halbstundenslot zugeteilt, in dem wir zum Frühstück kommen durften, glücklicherweise wurde das aber nicht allzu streng überwacht. Unser „Gartenblick“ war ein „Baustellenblick“.
