Cons:

The drain holes in the bathroom must be cleaned regularly to eliminate bad smell in the room...lift out the filter from the drain hole and clean off all the slime...

The hospitality here is wonderful—all the staff are friendly and attentive, and the warm welcome drink in the lobby is a fantastic touch.
Though simple, the breakfast was excellent. It's proof that you don't need a massive buffet to have a great meal

Short one day stay no complaint
Pros:

Having a double singles room with breakfast. Room kept clean and beds comfortable. This stay was given a bigger room unlike the previous trip. Average Malaysian breakfast if you are not fussy. A 15 min walk to KSL shopping center and 10 min walk to Pleangi Plaza.

Cons:

Lift pretty samall can only fetch up to 4 people.
