Very pleasant and no nonsense stay. We like it very much.
Pros:

After enduring a closet they called a hotel room in Singapore, we throughly enjoy the spacious room at the Hallmark Regency and the helpful staff who gave us many assistance in settling in. While our stay was brief, we enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to a shopping center as well as a night market. We really enjoy our excursions there and only came back to JB Sentral for a couple of times.

Cons:

I think the hotel can use a public bathroom at the lobby. Many people were asking us for the bathroom when we were using the laundry services.

Spacious room. Location nearby my needs. Clean room. Water dispenser near my room. Soundproof room. My room have bath up.
