Tiene potencial y puede ser mejor.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero las instalaciones descuidadas, desaseo en los parqueaderos, que provocan mal olor, poco personal que no se abastece para dar un mejor cuidado a las necesidades de los visitantes, faltan detalles en las habitaciones como ganchos para la toalla y ropa húmeda, sillas que permitan no utilizar las camas como asientos.

El desaseo en los exteriores y no ser atendidos en nuestros requerimientos.

Mejorar los tiempos de entrega de las habitaciones, me entregaron a las 16:00 apesar que yo me encontré en las instalaciones desde las 11am, no nos entregaron toallas para la habitación, y mejorar las instalaciones ya que me corté el pie en una de las piscinas xq las cerámicas no están en buen estado. las instalaciones no están en buena condiciones

Me encanto el servicio que nos dieron, mi próxima visita volveré al mismo hotel, Gracias a Cristian y Don Jorge el personal de recepción. El señor de la limpieza todos hacen un excelente trabajo muchas gracias.

Отличный отель, всё работает, кондиционер, горячая вода есть всегда, номер чистый, полотенца, постель чистые. Шикарные большие чистые окна и вид на пляж и океан, потрясающе. Большой внутренний двор с чистыми бассейнами и большой парковкой. Утренний завтрак был вкусным. Обязательно вернемся!
