Great property! I recommend to everyone
Pros:

Such friendly staff! They helped me with my grab order , they also greeted you very kindly when they saw you and helped with anything. Lovely pool, and outdoor area, big spacious rooms and nice balcony, it’s also a really beautiful resort to walk around. It’s very clean. Definitely stay here if you are visiting chiang Mai!

Horrible
Pros:

The picture of the room did not match in quality, there was mold in the room, towel bar was falling off the wall, significant cracks, it was overall terrible. I left and asked for a refund, they referred me to Booking.com but I was unable to make any form of contact.

Cons:

I could not find a way to contact Booking.com through the website from Thailand.
