1. 行前的聯絡很快就回覆，讓我很有安全感。
2. 舒適的床很好睡及棉被。
3. 有一個明亮窗戶如我訂房時的要求，而且是更大的窗戶。

電視找不到遙控器，和櫃檯人員說了，但還是沒有拿來😥
Staff was extremely hospitable, Du checked us into our hotel around 1am. Ms. Kathy at the front desk was also extremely accommodating with our stay.
The place is very cute and breakfast was delicious

Personnel nous conseille, nous aide et essaie de satisfaire nos demandes.
Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et le bruit et l'activité dans cette rue si passante a été un peu gênant.
Mais notre deuxième séjour 2 jours après avec une chambre côté jardin a été tranquille.
Hotel se nachazi v centru stare ctvrti, takze si vsude dojdete pesky. I presto je v pokojich orientovanych do vnitrobloku klid.
Hotel nevypada jako na fotografiich a nejlepsi leta ma za sebou. Mohli by take zlepsit uklid, jak pokoje, tak predevsim spolecne prostory by zaslouzili lepsi peci a generalni uklid. Za tu cenu ale ok.
Classic Street Hotel was our base in Hanoi for 3 days, with a break for a Lan Ha cruise. We liked our room, the location was great, close to all important spots in the Old Quarter. The staff is very helpful when it comes to trips. Big thanks to Kathy who arranged our tour to Mai Chau, Pu Luong and Ninh Binh.

Toilet is not clean enough. Some parts and furnitures of the room were dusty.
