Excelente ubicación y servicio
就在36老街裡，逛街超級方便。招待人員都非常客氣，態度極佳。早餐也不錯吃，住宿期間（4+1天）令人愉悅（因故分三次訂房），連廚房阿姨都記得我不加香菜，真棒
The staffs are very friendly and helpful
The staffs are really helpful especially with the luggages. The breakfast is also quite good.
Did not have the best experience here. I have booked a deluxe double room and they initially gave me a downgraded room without asking - the room is really small as well as the bathroom. Then they gave me a a family room to stay for one night as there’s no longer available deluxe room, mind you I’ve booked it months prior. I’ve agreed with it since I’m only going to transfer once but I ended up transferring once more because there’s still no available deluxe double. The staffs are helpful but I hope they can manage their reservations better.

Great location in the Old Quarter with extremely helpful staff and great breakfast. Staff went out of their way to help us :) Great value for money - unless you love stairs request a room on the side with the lift!

The hotel is located pretty central and a walking distance from lots of tourist points, their breakfast was amazing even though I feel it lacked variation. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was ok and the bathroom was pretty spacious.
The room had no view, sometimes you could hear the people in the hallway which was a little bit annoying.
All the staff were friendly especially bryan
