Prettig hotel met enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, van tevoren fijn contact gehad. Kamer was verder netjes, niks op aan te merken.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring Hanoi. The real highlight of the hotel, however, is the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Kathy, who helped me organize several activities and transfers and was always available whenever I needed anything. Since I had a few early-morning excursions, she also arranged take-away breakfasts for me in advance, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt very welcome and well looked after during my entire stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect, surrounded by lots of coffee shops and street food. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Kathy, she checked up on me everyday and made sure I had everything I needed. Perfect place for backpackers and solo travelers. Space to store luggage and recharge. I also enjoyed that there is a spa inside as well. Very nice after a long day and you want to do something relaxing.
I have no complaints! Everything was perfect , my room was very clean and comfortable.
Wir sind angekommen und haben ein Upgrade bekommen. Der Service war super und als das Hotelpersonal mitbekommen hat, dass es mir nicht so gut ging, konnte ich etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben. Sie hatten mir auch ein Massage Angebot geschickt.
Das Frühstück war typisch Vietnamesisch + eine Brotauswahl.
