Pros:

The property location was amazing and walkable distance from all main aspects we wanted to visit in Hanoi. The staff were amazing and attentive and helped booked our airport transport as well as helping to organise tours. Ms Kathy in particular was amazing and helped make our trip so great.

Básico sin ascensor
Pros:

La cama muy cómoda. La habitación muy limpia.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y nos pusieron en una 5a planta. La habitación no está acondicionada en cuanto llegas (tarda mucho en que el aire funcione). El precio no está a la altura de las instalaciones.

4 days relaxing stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, helpful, and speaking french too. The included breakfast was quite delightful, some varying each day.
The room was spacious, the bed confortable and air con working well.

Cons:

Some guests lacked respect making noise at past 10pm even at last time at past 12am. (slamming their door). Suggest to put signs to remind guests that they are not alone in a hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la localisation est super, c’est dans le centre de Hanoi. Petit déjeuné complet, personnels très gentils et accueillants. C’était super, merci beaucoup.

Clean and good location, reasonable price

Cons:

Arrived late so hard to find; downstairs is a massage place.
Big bed was made up of two twin mattresses, so uncomfortable down the middle.
$5 fee for luggage storage unless you write a good review...
